I accepted and asked for it to be emailed to me. He then told me to email him first . I said to him that I am the customer and that he should email me. He then told me to **** OFF and cut the call.</div>
SA Home loans has the most rude consultants and service providers. They are quick to sell the insurance policy but do t explain that they have a 12 hour turnaround time. If a geyser is burst and is damaging other parts of the house. A client is expected to wait 12 hours for a service provider.
This company has been overcharging me. I was buying airtime from them and paying immediately. They then deduct the money from my account at the end of the month. I then cancelled my subscription and they charged me for an additional 2 months. After which they request bank statements which is very personal. I sent the bank statements on the 5th September 2023 and they have to date not responded. It is 2 months later. Today I called Nomasonto and she says she lost the email but promptly located the bank statements 2 minutes into the conversation. . She promises to call me back in 5 minutes and ****. she has not called. Ref no: Ticket [#4070783] - Bill Dispute I have spoken to Nomasonto again today 07-11-23 at 14h37, she promised to call me back in 10 minutes and the 10 minutes has passed. This lady works in online customer care and never keeps to her word. this is my second post on Hello Peter about this issue. She does not let me finish what I am saying and cuts me while I am talking. That is not how customer service works. My advice is not to use this company. they are No frills, No Fuss, Big ******* and NO SERVICE
The customer service is the worst. The have overcharged me in May and June 2023. I then cancelled the line and they charged me R600 again in July 2023. 6hus company operates with zero integrity. And the staff turnover is huge.
The service level is unbelievably bad. Our fibre and WiFi has not been working since early December 2021. When I call in they reset the router and then cut me off.
Defy Is an unreliable company to work with. They came to my home and took my broken fridge away and gave me a loan unit saying that a new fridge will delivered soon. This was more than a month ago. I cannot get hold of them on the phone and they have given me a loan fridge that is half the capacity of my original fridge. DO NOT buy DEFY I was also promised by the technician that the freezer will be replaced and it still has not been done.
I purchased an upright Defy fridge and Freezer combo from Makro. Upon purchasing I also choose to buy extended warranties for the units. The sales person assured me that the units are of good quality. The freezer is terrible, it has glass shelves that the drawers sit on, Once items are placed in the drawers and they are pulled out to be opened, the glass falls, resulting in breakage. The fridge has not been working properly since October 2020, technicians have been out many times to acces the repairs. the repairs have been done but the unit does not work as it should. Eventually a technician said the unit needs to be replaced. this was 2 weeks ago. I have lost thousands of Rands worth of food in the fridge. When I called Defy today, I was told that they cannot replace the fridge because of stock issues. You cannot rely on Defy. The service and is shockingly bad and the product quality is even worse. I DO NOT recommend the products.
I have upgraded the line speed from 20mbps to 50mbps but it has not been upgraded
I have an electric blanket from Carmen Elektra. It is 3 years old. Whilst asleep I awoke to the smell of some and both the switches were smoking. These units are not safe and the company does not offer any feedback or help in any way. I have called into their offices and I have been told that they simply cannot supply new switches as the product has been discontinued. The staff are rude, arrogant and do not offer any solutions or explanations. I see it as winter has arrived again and they are too busy making money to care about post sales service. - Are these products safe? - Could my wife and I burned in our sleep? - Will this company take responsibilty for the unsafe product?
DO NOT USE this company. I have had technicians come out to my residence 3 times to fix connectivity issue and spent 5 hours on the phone with them and they cannot fix the fault. Neotel and their support staff are useless.
