They make promises and do not keep it on several occasions. You leave messages to be called back, but they just ignore you
We visited Van Gaalen Cheese Farm on 24th September for a breakfast. The breakfast is great and the surrounding area if you sit outside is fantastic. Good quality food and friendly service.
Internet is very unstable lately. Tried to log a call but there website was not working well. Eventually spoke to a Call Centre agent that wants to tell me what to do and not listening to what I am telling them.
You communicate to me that prior to delivery you will send a text message on the day of the delivery. You delivered without sending me the text message. It was a pure coincidence that somebody was at the address. Why do you make a commitment to do something but just ignore it?
The food and the service were excellent. We will visit them again.
I have tried several times that managers from the Claims Department contact me regarding an issue with one of my claims. They promise to call back when my broker contacts them but never calls back. This matter has now continued for 3 weeks. I raised this matter on HelloPeter and the Discovery person contacted me. I explained that I am in training and asked to be called back later that day. They never called back!!! It looks like Discovery Insure wants my money but actually feels nothing for me as a customer. Your staff make promises that they do not intend keeping. They tell you things on the phone just to end the call but treats you like *******!!! Shame on you Discovery Insure!!!!
Unable to get any assistance from Discovery Insure. Phoned several times. They just put you on hold or cut you off.
You move the goal posts several times in 2 weeks. Today you arrived at my premises to replace the window on one of the sliding doors. After several hours nothing is working on my car and Kia South Africa has to take over next week. You do not care that I do not have a car to use over the weekend.
DSV blocked the delivery of my bank card after clearly explaining to them that I am busy with training and will only be available after 16:00. They refused to listen to what my wife told them. Now they block the delivery of my card and NO agent is available to assist me. So you phone once and then block the delivery. What will DSV do if I ask my bank to block you from doing work for them until you learn to treat clients in a respectful manner.
On Friday (24 March)I scheduled a package to be sent to Botswana. It was arranged with DHL that they must pick it up on Monday as the parcel needs to be in Botswana on 29 March 2023. I followed up several times with DHL today to ensure they pick it up today. They assured me every time that they will pick it up before 17:00 today. 17:00 has come and NO action from DHL.
