I recently signed up for pet insurance with Dotsure for my cat, Shadow, and I had such a great experience. Kaidene Anderson assisted me throughout the process and made everything incredibly easy to understand. She was friendly, patient, and very professional, taking the time to explain the options clearly so I could choose the best cover for my pet. It’s always a bit stressful choosing insurance, but Kaidene made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Her service was truly excellent, and I really appreciate the effort she put in to help me. Thank you, Kaidene, for your outstanding service — and thank you Dotsure for making it so simple to get my fur baby protected. I feel much more at ease knowing Shadow is covered. Highly recommended!
I just received my Premier FNB card, needless to say i phoned through 3 times and all 3 times i have been cut off, I don't even want to activate this card if this is the service i am already getting!
I order uber etas on Tuesday and gave the driver R100 cash....he stole the money and now uber eats wants me to pay in...I will not pay again and i will never use you guys again!!!!
Netcare Alberton Hospital, might be newly built, but dont be fooled, beautiful hospiotal with the same pathetic staff......Waited 3 hours for a file, whilst my 7 year old was in pain, they gave her Panado sent her home (still in pain) and want to charge me R1300 for wiating 3 hours and giving her panado...Pathetic!
My daughter attended this school in Grade R and its now evident that the school is more of an aftercare than an actual school. Although I received a glowing report from the school, We have since had to put our daughter at an education Phycologist just so she can catch up on all her grade R work. Although the school and principal re-assure you that the kids are taught this is definitely not the case. just a warning to other parents.
I sent in a request to assist me with a maintenance order on the 09 March 2022, And I am still yet to hear back from anyone. I have just emailed to cancel my policy as nobody responses to emails.
For the last month we have been to burger king at mall of the south 3times, the first time they ran out of patties and cup lids the second time we had to but left over foods and last night the place was so disgustingly dirty and the staff were so offish! what a waste!
Good day, I was at the emergency ward with my 6month old daughter as she fell whilst bathing her, I was in such a state and nurse Glenda Bateman showed me such kindness and caring manner towards me and my family! she spoke us through everything and was in general an amazing person.
How very disappointing for me, my first baby and I decided to do a baby registry at your store in New Redruth. My sister my mom and myself had 2 trollies full of items. Items of which I really needed as I am a single mom! A week after we had done the register my sister popped into the shop, and more than half the items were gone, we assumed people had obviously been there to buy items but this was obviously not the case. On the 19 march 2015 I had 2 ladies called me to say that They had not seen my box and had asked staff members as well as complained to management, the next day I drove out to the shop only to find my box with hardly anything in. There was a gentlemen who was going through all the boxes and sorting them out I then asked him about my box and his reply was \your box is almost empty because people have bought so much stuff out""; only to discover I had received NOTHING from my box; I went into baby city on Sunday and was told sorry come back in the week;we are under staffed! I am so disgusted """
2days ago I received a call saying my babybag was ready to be collected, I went through to dischem the glen were Refilwe was at the info counter.i gave her my card and she opened up a list. she said my name wasn't on the list and implied I was lying about the call I had received.: she then wanted to hear the voicemail aswell as saying what is the number that called you! i then had to look through my phone to try and find this number who called. she kept saying things like \YES but i would phone you or Sophia! i then told her she is so rude and i would report her and she said ya whatever! Rude is an understatement of how I was treated. I then called the manager over
