Useless cancellation policy… now I am liable for a cancellation amount even though I mentioned that the car is being sold and I am taking up a tracking unit again… appalling service to say the least
I recently did the frosting of my windows and I must say I am very impressed by the workmanship by Canvas and Wall. The professionalism of their staff and approach to their work... I was impressed! Will definitely be doing my wall as well soon.
My wife recently bought me a series 8 apple watch with a sim card for cellular usage. Now, it must be said she was told to take up a sim contract to be able to use the e-sim capability of the watch. We have been to 4 Vodacom shops and blatantly been told they do not know how to have the e-sim functionality enabled. On phoning Vodacom we were told that we needed to enable "One number" that we must pay for... For 3 days straight the e-sim functionality is still not working and it only says "Waiting" I am not only appalled but am shocked with the level of incompetence when it comes to Vodacom. Why must we keep paying for something that is not functioning..
A simple question.... Who the hell is my banker? I called the person on record as my banker and he has left FNB. I cannot pay so much for "premium service" to be left chasing my tail with regards to this... Terrible service!
I closed off my RCP loan with standard bank account, this was done in 2018 (if not in 2017). I spoke to an agent who advised me that the account is closed. The account shows a balance of R0.00 which has been like this since the account has been closed. Now my credit report says am in arrears, I have missed a payment. How is this so when the account is payed up and closed. I am not willing to pay for something that was closed and of which I owe nothing for. Moreover, I have a missed payment entry on my credit record be cause of this! This is very unacceptable and please have this sorted out as a matter of urgency. The entry on my record must be removed! I spoke to Siphesihle Mpuwati who was not so helpful on this matter as well..
How often is Trans Union updating their database as the information that is being supplied on my profile has been wrong for the past 12 months and no attempt to update it has been done. My expenses are wrong, my credit rating is therefore being negatively impacted. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency as your organization's incompetence is really hurting our plans.
I have literally been on hold for over 15 minutes, spoke to 6 different agents and sent from pillar to post regarding my affordability assessment which is clearly incorrect and does not make sense. No one is helping me all I get is attitude and another person that I am referred to.. Really bad service tbh.
How long does it take Cell C to update their records? I paid up and closed my Cell C account in February 2019, however, I still see it appearing on my credit record. May you please urgently remove this as it appears as active and overdue. This is not right!!
After almost a decade with Standard Bank, after almost 5 years on Private Banking... I apply for my first Home loan, I am rejected for something that happened in 2017.... I am rejected for Disputed debits... That I reversed under grounds that were not only legitimate but were honest. I am really dissapointed and I will therefore taking not my business elsewhere. Thank you.
I submitted my permit application on the 9th of November, its been way more than 10 weeks waiting for the outcome (mind you, I used the premium lounge to submit).. The delays that are occurring are just unacceptable and I really do not understand the reason behind this delay.
