I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding an order I placed that was never delivered. The item was advertised as next-day delivery, yet after more than 20 days of waiting and no delivery, I was forced to cancel the order. You acknowledged the cancellation and assured me that a refund would be processed within 5–7 working days. It has now been 11 working days, and I have yet to receive the refund. To make matters worse: None of the "Contact Us" buttons on your website are functional, My emails go unanswered, and There seems to be no way for a customer to reach your team. Amazon SA sucks!

I just cant take it anymore, I have asked to not be contacted, I have asked that they remove my details from their system, but they just keep phoning, up to 12 phone calls a day, I cant take it anymore!! does anybody know what the POPIA acts says about a company that REFUSES to remove you from their contact list? I don't care that someone gave my contact details to you, I told that "friend" to go play in oncoming traffic anyway, I DO NOT WANT YOUR FREE SH*T I WANT MY LIFE FREE OF PLATINUM LIFE!!!!!!

Placed an order on the 23rd of July, no contact since then. I have sent 3 emails and still no answer. Do not do this to yourselves, I think it might even be a scam.

I have not in the past 10 years received such amazing service from a company in SA, Granny B thank you, you guys truly go the extra mile for your customers, you are valued and appreciated.
After 11 phone calls and 11 requests on their phone system to receive a call back... still no response. I purchases items online, the money is off of my account but no order reflects on my online profile. This has been more than a week. I cannot drive to a store and sort it out we live 300km away from closest store. Leroy Merlin is really not worth supporting.
I have been to clicks a few times here in modimolle and the service has been very poor. They never have the items that are advertised in the pamphlet and you have to continuously check the prices and the buy 2 get 3 specials are not available at the till point but are advertised.
I have a yaclick system, last month Vox decided to take me off my current plan , put me on a 1mb line plan which doubled in monthly premium, with not a quarter of the benifits??? I have phoned twice, emailed 3 times and went to a store where I was told they cannot help me because they cannot see my contract on the system??? <br> How can i pay R650 the one month and R1163.71 the next, without prior consent/warning or any notification? <br> <br>
