12Go support do not respond to problems with bookings
I booked a trip with this travel booking site. They overcharged me by adding Covid insurance which was not chosen. I have sent several emails to their support team with screenshots, submitted 3 support requests through their platform and nobody replies or sorts this out, despite them claiming they have 24/7 support. They cannot be phoned so I cannot speak to an agent to get a refund of the overcharge. Very unsatisfactory.

Poor customer service and full refund not given by Takealot
Really bad customer service and lack of co-operation. I purchased something on a credit card for R139 which was not suitable. I returned it and they made a mistake and only refunded R39 to my card. When I raised the shortfall with them of R100 and asked them refund the R100 to my card, they refused and said I had used a coupon to buy the product, which I had not. I tried to explain this to them and they stopped emailing back and would not sort this out for me. Really exasperated that they can give such bad service.

Beware of this online company - a bad experience
Terrible x 10. I ordered supposedly genuine Nike Airforce 1 sneakers, which arrived promptly. They were in a red box with no label and bore all the features of being ****. This was confirmed by examination by Nike Canal Walk. This company still insisted they were genuine. I asked for a refund and they said they would arrange collection. This has NOT happened. I paid to courier them back and after one week I am still waiting for my refund. Their email no longer works and their customer agents do NOT reply to the Whatsapp chat they offer. There is no other way I can communicate as they only have one cellphone number. I shall investigate legal action. Do not use this company.

Inferior quality frames with no comeback. Money down the drain!
I purchased sunglasses priced at R1280 and discounted a few months ago. I wore them only twice as I was still using my current pair. They were in the original box and pristine. When I came to take them out to use the top part of the frame was cracked open. This was clearly a defect as they are basically new, boxed and not mis-handled. When I took them back to the kiosk in Canal Walk, all they were prepared to do was discount me another pair BUT refused to exchange these. I do NOT recommend them and do not trust the quality of their sunglasses if they can break after very little use and then they disregard you as a customer. Better to buy a reputable brand from a reputable store.

Poor service and incompetent fitting.
Sadly incompetent. Vaughan came back to sort out the job after 6 weeks of nagging, and has left my sun-lounge in a worse off condition with shoddy work. Skewed skirting, mis-matched edge profiles, glue everywhere, floor lifting up and a broken piece of laminate flooring as a consequence. Not happy!

No customer service - they simply do not get back to you
I took out extended motor warranty with Motorvaps. What they said was included did not correspond to the paperwork they sent me. I have tried repeatedly to sort this out with emails and phone calls. They send an automated email that someone will call you back but this NEVER happens. They do not reply to emails nor provide any customer service but are happy to take your money. Very disappointing!

Almost impossible to get an answer from this Company
As the official repairer of major electronic brands, I do not feel their efficiency is good. It is almost impossible to get through to them on the phone and it takes ages to hear back from email. They do not keep you informed as to what is going on. I took my coffee machine in for a warranty repair and have heard nothing. I don't even know if they have even looked at the machine. I cannot get hold of them on the phone - I just land up on hold for ages. Not good enough. I urgently need my machine back and am helpless to sort this out.

Not great customer service
I called to establish when my Cape Town delivery would arrive as I could not sit in all day. The lady I spoke with said she would contact the driver and call me back to let me know. She did not call back as promised. Not very efficient customer service and the online tracking does not update with accurate timings.

Excellent Customer Service.
A company that went out of the way to sort out a problem with an air-con they supplied and installed. They were competent, reliable and helpful throughout my dealings with them. I highly recommend them for superb customer service.
