Sadly, Nando's at Ruimsig will NEVER have us as customers EVER again! Ordered food for delivery. Although we paid for rolls, it was not included in the package. Spent almost 7 minutes on the phone explaining, trying to get our rolls delivered. More than an hour later, after eating a half cold meal, it arrived. Talking to the manager about the matter, was met with sarcasm, and a feeble "sorry". I predict the poor service will be this outlets downfall soon...The manager should learn from the Horison and Roodebasin branches, how to properly run a business.
I have purchased 3 products from this company in the last 3 years. Every interaction is a professional and pleasant experience. Their mattress quality and after sales service is of the highest standard. Marlize, the lady at sales, has delivered on every occasion. I purchased a ShoX drone from tevo at Game Westgate. It had a battery fitment problem that the consultant resolved, by breaking it. The drone has an electronic problem, and was sent for repairs. After the promised 20 workday waiting period being far exceeded, I am still waiting. Never again will I fall for their false promises, I've learnt my lesson.

Yesterday, 8 July 2015, I walked into the Ultimate Hobbies store to purhase various parts, for a product that I bought from them previously. (I've spent over R7000 at this shop). I have purchased 2 Kia vehicles, they are great products, but the Koreans should be devastated that their efforts are so poorly backed-up and serviced in SA! Kia Roodepoort has forced me to consider selling my vehicles and purchasing other products! On Thursday the 19th of March, I booked my vehicle for a service. A mechanic inspected a rattling noise on the exhaust system, and said it will be repaired with the service on the 23rd of March. The vehicle was serviced, the rattle is still there, my front spoiler is damaged at the bottom, my engine bay is scratched and damaged by obvious rough use of tools and manhandling of engine bay parts, oil was spilled and never cleaned, leaving the vehicle smelling of oil when the engine is warm. The vehicle was not properly cleaned either. I'm hesitant to take my vehicles to KIA for repairs or service again, who knows what damage or half-assed work they will have to endure there, so as a result, I will soon be saying goodbye to 2 great vehicles, all because of poor service, by people that are supposed to be concerned about the longevity and reliable service of the vehicles they maintain. Its a shame....
