I had a collision with another vehicle more than a year back (it was my fault though) and I stated that in the report. I would like to commend MiWay the way the issue was handled, they did not reject the claim because it was my fault neither do they reject it despite the fact that I claimed couple of months before that (which in this instance wasn't my fault). My car was fixed and I was notified to be careful. I've always been a good driver with no accident nor claim records in the past but these two (2) incidents really affected me emotional but I'm thankful to MiWay. They find a way to help their customers not to reject them. Thank you MiWay!
I app**** for a claim on my home insurance which was rejected and I was told I could appeal it which I did and was told it will take FNB STI 45 days to respond. But it is more than 65 days without and concrete feedback. I called the callcenter and was told to resend the email which I did last Thurdsay but nobody responded till yet. I just want to know the status of my appeal and hope they can respond as soon as possible. This service is unlike FNB.

My internet speed upgrade was supposed to have taken effect on 01 July 2021 and till date there is no resolution nor contact. What do you guys think you're doing? Is this running a business?
Without a shred of doubt I have received quality services from Afrihost in the past but recently the quality service is degrading. Since I moved my domains and websites to Afrihost so I could have all my internet related accounts with a single service provider, I've been having issues with my parked domain which I never had with the previous ISP. I have a ".co.za" domain that supposed to route to the ".com" one but this is not the case. It has been a recurring issue which I always report and it'll be fixed. Also, I requested that the issue be resolved permanently because I'm paying for the service. Moreover, to my surprise when I logged another support call for the same issue; Rani (from Afrihost) responded to it and I explained the whole issue to him. But he came back with general feedback not even interested in understanding the issue talkless of trying to help me to resolve it. And when I sent a follow-up email, I never received any feedback from that time on till date. Almost going to a month now! Can someone from Afrihost please assist!
You need to replace your hotel manager, he's a rude man with no courtesy! Though, your receptionist were welcoming and lively.

I applied for an MTN contract phone late last year and my credit worthiness is quite on top but much to my chagrin my application was declined by the system twice! The consultant was also shocked and gave it another trial but all the same! I was requested to send my payslip which I don't have as I'm a "service provider" and issue invoices which reflected in my bank statement that I initially provided. I went straight to Vodacom and got the contract on the spot! Why I'm reporting this is because, due to the nonsensical rule in MTN system which I got to learn from the consultant, my application keep getting rejected! And this makes MTN loose business and the bottom line, MTN lost a long time MTN subscriber. It's the 1st time I'm using Vodacom network, loving it though! I just think I should let your managers know about this, so some rectifications can be done. Some get payslips, while some issue invoices ... your system should be able to cater for any scenario.
My wife studied Level 4 ECD (a year programme) at UNISA in 2014/2015, and she was "A" student in all her assignments but after the exams; she was told that they couldn't find 2 of her papers and she has to re-write at her own cost which doesn't sit well with us. Dr Krogg is the one in-charge of this programme and so far she has done so poorly by not responding to phone calls (she's not always available anyway) and emails. My wife wants to get credits for the ones they could find and transfer the credits to another school to finish up and get her certificate but much to our surprise again; UNISA said she has to start afresh. This is day light robbery. She wants her credits or UNISA refund her.
Great service to recover my excess from someone that bashed my car. Sizwe went extra mile to update me on every development and make sure the excess I paid on fixing the car was recovered. Thank you.
