Clicks pharmacy Lephalale What pathetic service. So unfriendly and not helpful at all.
Pathetic. My parcel was suppose to be deluxe to Van Der merge road courier guy. We get their and the office is closed for repairs
Firstly we arrived at the main entrance where the signs at the at the dome is pathetic to be send in a completely wrong direction and had to walk in excruciating heat to the OTHER side of the dome to find the caravans. We got there to find no assistance. Then we had to go through a pile of paper work to buy a caravan cash. When we asked for the registration papers to register the caravan we were told to phone head office ourselves. What service is this???
Excellent service from Jackie. The manager, Lephalale Nedbank Branch. From the moment I went to collect my credit card to her final call to see if I received my card and was happy with the service provided. Jackie is an excellent manager.
What a hoax. We ordered the slimming tablets on 4 November. THEY put a cod sticker on what now seems to be a false parcel to the post office and not our home address. We have send a proof of payment and now they want an order number. It is a hoax. Buy Herbex from Clicks. At least you know what you get.
Bronkhorstspruit post office most pathetic. Not only do they not have their correct number on their site. When we got their with a proof of payment for our package they refused to give it to us.
We have now 4 times lost points on Wmpy's so called rewards plan because their system is not working and their only advice is delete the app and start it again". And every time we loose all our reward points.
We have had years of bad delivery experience with Pharmacy Direct. So bad that we now collect my mother's medication ourselves from Erasmus. NOW we had to collect my medication at Clicks and guess what???? No delivery because they don't recognize the dr.
Pathetic service. We bought a sim card and R259 data for 60 days. We have been trying for 2 days to get it to work. It keeps on reading working without internet. Lesiba and Mackay both have just told us we have to come in AGAIN and if we are not happy just to take our money and go somewhere else.
On 15 May 2018 Mr C Smith was attacked outside at the atm at the Lephalale branch of Capitec. He IMMEDIATELY went inside and canceled his card. Capitec obviously did NOT cancel the card as the ******* got away with *****ing R25000. Was Capitec involved? Since 2018 Mr Smith, as an elderly gentleman, has been trying to get his money back. Capitec refuses to get involved.
