Rashieda has been very patient and has assisted me with my student account and has kept me updated at all times. Ayanda my student advisor has continuously followed up with me and the progress of my studies and always makes a extra effort.
Clearly they don't value customers or the understand what communication means, the staff and the supervisors have this oh well attitude and don't seem to actually listen to what the customer is saying and the technicians are clearly not held accountable for not even pitching up for an appointment
So you are a student studying to improve yourself and your future, yet let you be one day late for payment you are threatened with legal action and the credit bureau, you try make a payment plan for 1 month and say you will be back to normal the next month and you get ignored like a stop sign, the accounts department is actually worse than debt collectors where they send you emails, smses, whatsapp like 10 times in 1 day to remind you about payment. You request to speak to management and get told not until you have made payment then you can speak to management. I am so highly disgusted in the treatment I have received from this institute that I can't wait to complete studying.
As a First Responder myself there have been times where we have had critical emergencies and IER have been so supportive and fantastic with the services they provide, the warm and friendly staff members. I ONLY use IER for all my emergencies because they are reliable, supportive, compassionate and just overall quality. Thank IER for always having my back
If I didn't have to give a star rating I wouldn't, but I am highly disgusted in Payjoy and the way they operate alongside Vodacom (but didn't expect anything less with Vodacom involved). I would just like to congratulate both Payjoy and Vodacom for ruining my son's Christmas, thank you so much for a empty stocking!!!! I ordered a phone through Payjoy through a Vodacom store and when I went to follow up on delivery since it was already 2 days past the date I was told I could come collect, I was advised that if Payjoy delivers will ONLY then see if the phone was in stock at the warehouse, if the phone is in the delivery then I will have the phone, if it's not then oh well no stock!!!!! I get told this 3 days before Christmas with a "IT IS WHAT IT IS" attitude, you should all be ashamed of yourselves, I will definetly not be recommending Payjoy that's a promise!!!!
Well what can I say about Takealot, NO customer service, NO communication, NO comptenancy, NO valued service what so ever. I placed a order for 2 simple items, 1 gets delivered the other never was, I reported this and then was advised it would be investigated, then was advised warehouse made a mistake and will deliver the missing pack on Monday, they came and delivered a package on Monday BUT low and behold once again they could not even deliver the correct item AGAIN. I have sent through requests x 3 regarding my package I ordered and PAID for and these were a vitamin pack, nevermind that my vitamins are now finished which I advised and takealot just don't seem to care!!!! I warned them I will take the matter further which is what I will be doing as well as contacting the supplier of the product that they are selling.
If I could not rate any stars I would not of rated!!! Wesbank and customer service clearly do not fit in the same paragraph let alone sentence. I have been trying to contact Wesbank since March 2022 to advise change of contact details, so now I unfortunately was one of the unlucky ones that got affected by the COVID WRATH so I was ONLY granted 3 months and DISALLOWED the 2nd 3 months, never the less I caught up with payments and then being making regular payments, the funny part though is the last statement I received from Wesbank was in August/September 2021, I requested twice the beginning of this year for settlement amounts to which I was ignored then low and behold I get a phone from the Sheriff of the Court to try repossess my vehicle because I have 9 months arrears amount from 2017.............But here's the best part, I only started with the vehicle finance from the 1st of May 2018.................So either I am really doff or there is a very serious problem here. Wesbank shows no humanity, they don't respond to requests, they don't respond to emails, they don't even pick up the phone and speak to you whether its me calling in or Wesbank to call me oh but wait they don't know how to call customers. I am not going to be leaving this here, I will be approaching the banking ombudsman as well as the NCR with regards to your company because clearly you DON'T value your customers, you DON'T care about your customers, you DON'T understand customer service and clearly have a very looooooooooooong way to go to learn about customer service. We as customers already have enough stresses on our plates dealing with everyday life and the way the economy turned and yet we must still deal with the incompetency of Wesbank.
Clearly there are not English speaking people in this company. I have been trying for the last year for the accounts department to understand that I cancelled my matrix last year May/June and yet they still invoice me and they even have debt collectors trying to contact me plus my whole family and friends and they are even making contact with people on my phone list. So please explain to me what do you not understand when a person cancels a contract, do you understand what the word CANCEL means, secondly who gave you the authority to contact half the world through the debt collectors (who I will also be report to the ombudsman along with your company) if I receive 1 more email with a invoice or 1 more message or phone call from the debt collectors I will be proceeding with legal action against you because you clearly are so damn hard up for small change. I will tell you again for the last time, I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION JUST OVER A YEAR AGO PLEASE STOP HARRASSING ME AND MY FAMILY AND CONTACTS
I have already submitted my disputes x 3 and yet they still give me the excuses please wait until the update, information left on my profile is affecting me badly. Secondly I have a short term insurance account still showing on my profile from 2016 and then got told its not that important and won't damage my credit score.
