Makro does not deserve the 1 star I had to click to write the revue. I have been waiting more than a week for delivery. Every time I log a query the answer is computer generated. “We have re-booked delivery please allow 1 - 2 business days for delivery”. I have since requested a refund even if I have to wait 7 - 14 working days to get my money back. No response from Makro yet.
I buy from Takealot quite often mostly without any issues. One of the orders I placed was for buttons at R145.00. I even joined Takealot more because I needed the buttons urgently. Unfortunately Takealot delivered pills and not buttons. I was out of town when the incorrect item was delivered, therefore I only discovered the mistake on the day that I needed the buttons. I logged a return immediately, Takealot collected the incorrect item, but only credited me R15. I still await a response regarding the short payment. Not only did I have to get new buttons in a hurry, I am also out of pocket to the amount of R130.
Marquise Finance is the worst company to deal with. If the CEO refuses to give you a contact number because he known no one will answer the call then it's best they close their doors
If you are looking for a pension administrator please do not consider Verso. Their pay-roll program is not equipped to deal with monthly pensions and a yearly bonus. Their tax deductions for the elderly is shocking! Without a warning, to date almost if not more than half of my Dad’s December “bonus” has been deducted for tax. We complained about the deductions at the end of January 2024, Verso then send an email stating that an update will be given. No update received and again at the end of February 2024 extra tax was deducted from his pension.
This complaint is with regard to the courier company that FNB uses to deliver the licence renewal disk. Courier IT is the worst "courier service" out there. I do not know how to contact Nav Car for assistance nor is Courier IT rescheduling a delivery. Now the licence has expired and the vehicle can not go anywhere and nobody is making an effort to assist.
I placed an order on the 15th of August 2023. I had to pay in full immediately. On the 24th of August I received an email advising some of the items are out of stock. I was offered a store credit, that I won’t be using, the amount owed to me will cover shipping and a very cheap item that will likely be out of stock, so I requested a refund. I am still waiting. No response what so ever on any inquiries regarding the refund.
During the month of July 2023 Takealot issued me with a R150.00 voucher, minimum spend amount R550.00. On the 20th of July 2023 I utilized the R150.00 voucher towards order number 132779779. One of the items in the order was a rubber rake at R197.00. On the 2nd of August 2023 the rake was cancelled due to the supplier not having any stock. Takealot then gave me a credit of R47.00 and the full amount of the voucher was used for the item that I did not receive. The item is available to order on Takealot, but at a higher price of R220.00. I have since order and paid for the rake at the higher price. I expect Takealot to refund me the full voucher amount as well. Why must I forfeit the voucher when the supplier clearly wants to sell the item at a higher price
I've placed an online order on the 25th of May 2023. The order was split and part of the order was delivered on the 26th of May 2023. The balance of order number #MAK4618395 is still outstanding, I've send more than one email. I've phoned twice. No movement on the order, nothing. I have requested the order to be cancelled on Saturday 3 June 2023, I still await a response.
I connected to a DSTV streaming package on the 21st of March 2023. Before I could continue with the application an amount of R248.03 was payable. I made this payment, on the 21st of March 2023, but the amount does not reflect on my transaction history. I have been trying since the 21st of March 2023 to get this amount allocated. I have 2 case numbers and numerous emails stating that the matter will be resolved within 24 hours.
This is not the first time that I am complaining about DPD Laser. They just do not care. and Cotton On by continuing to make use of DPD Laser regardless, is just as guilty of the proof service that their customers are receiving. Neither Cotton On nor DPD Laser cares, they just take the money that I paid for delivery, because even if I do manage to get a refund from Cotton On my delivery fee will not be refunded. Please DO NOT MAKE USE of Cotton On's online store.
