Witch countless emails sent and trying to phone but dealing with people that wants to assist you but you don't need their assistance as you trying to get hold of the person that you have contact with on email that doesn't even respond. This is the worst place to go with. I cannot work with debit orders they set. I cannot even change the debit orders as I dont get paid on the 1st but on the 25th of every month. I want a place where I can have flexibility and not a set debit order date made by you. Then also you need to train your people their Arrogance is really making me angry.
Absolutely useless service. chat to them live with no response what so ever. I want to move my line and I do understand that you cant help with metro fiber but darn be flexible and help a person at least to transfer the line to Open Serve. Really need to work on customer service because there is nothing. I'm cancelling my service and I will not pay a cent further anymore because you guys cant help me!!!!!
Absolutely horrible. Does not resolve the issue and intentionally ignore or drop the line. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of experience these people have to help. Agents from support is supposed to help with issuebnot escalate it. Way have *********** people that cant help you where is more people out there that has the knowledge and know what they doing. After 7 calls my internet still down and im paying for down internet and not internet thats connected. Absolutely disgusted
This is the worst isp ive ever delt with. Several mails sent but not even 1 response. Its just as good they close their dores. There is absolutely no customer service its not existing. Scedule an appointment but their technician never follows through not even a response. I very disappointed i rather want to cancel and move isp.
Poor service. Upgraded to 50mb line and reported that i dont receive the 50mb and only 20mb. the keep on forcing me to plug in and test even when i told them all devices are wireless and i cannot test it with cable. they were still unwilling to help and disconected from the chat. worst service ever. i just want to cancel and move to new isp
No help at all. Just useless following up and having to sort out my internet. They say 72 hours but lies lies lies. Been now almost a week and what do i have. Stil no internet. When will they ever sort out my fibre line. Probably never because they too useless to just simply push a simple network to sign of simple paperwork....
Absolutely 100% worthless company to simply cut previouse tenant line just so that i can have internet. Struggling now 3 weeks no results. Worthless and unhelpful.... I will jave better luck with LTE than having to stick around waiting for metrofibre to sort out my things.
Absolutly horrible company. Waiting for a whole week just to get my line activated. Everyday they come with an excuse that they working on it and wil be sorted out soon. There is no straight up answers just excuses. No one helps you just to get the line activated.
Absolutely utterly useless service from them. Would never in my life recommend thsm. Im about to cancel these so called great service provide as they suck!!!!! Without internet for more than 24 hours
