The worst possible service centre to deal with . They took our washing machine in to change the gears which took 6 weeks with excuses and when it was returned and we put in on , water was gushing from the back and we told them about it and they sent out several technicians to have a look and found out that the water pump housing was damaged and this was due to them fitting the gears as per the technician that did the work and advised that they will source the housing and replace it. It’s been 3 months and no response for Norman and Santosh the owner. Kayla then called and advised that they sourced the housing and we must pay R1000 for the damage that was caused by Smart centre. Poor and shoddy service from all of them and always excuses . This is one business to avoid at all costs because it will cost more to repair and it will be returned to you in not the same condition it when in. This business should be closed down and I will make sure it goes viral on all the social media platforms not to send your appliances for repairs to this place. Save your money and buy a new appliance. To this day we are still waiting for a response from them.

I would like to retract my previous review to SA Homeloans regarding the assessment of our property by the assessor. It has now been resolved and wish to put on record my sincere apologies for the review which was based on my anger during the floods
SA homeloans sends out an assessor to assess our property because of the flooding and damage done by the rains in Kzn. I don’t know where they find these useless contractors from that come an assess the property for damages and then go back and sends report through to say that over time the roof tiles moved and got broken and the property has no storm water drainage. I have never heard such blatant lies just to avoid getting our property fixed they have declined the claim. How can someone without experience walk around the property and assume that it has no storm water drain on the property which is impossible because properties do have drainage System place. The roof tiles were not loose, the wind and the rain made them loose and the heavy winds dislodged and few tiles and the water seeped into the lounge. SA Homeloans can the the R1500 that they want to pay for the dislodged tiles and paint and shove it where the sun don’t shine. No wonder you are losing clients to the banks because frankly your reputation sucks and I speak for a lot of homeowners with SA Homeloans that have been given a raw deal and had their claims refuted. I will make this go viral on social media because we take hoc and it covers nothing according to the claims department then what is the point in offering it when you guys know that it will be declined. The Mayor and the presidents office needs to know what you are doing to people that work hard and pay their bonds only to be refused a claim. You want to go to areas and provide water and food for the needy but you can’t service your own clients that pay their bonds.
Took my wife and bought 5 different rose plants. When the buds opened up partially they were terrible quality and when they did bloom even worse they were diseased. Contacted ludwig's in Kzn and even sent an email and too date no response from them. This is the first time we experienced such poor quality roses from ludwig's.
This company default lists parents without notice or follow proper procedures with regards to collection of school fees.They don't get the proper information and just do their own thing. According to the dept of education this is deemed illegal and they do not support this kind of behavior regarding school fees as they are aware of hundreds of students cannot afford to pay school fees and that's the reason they implemented free basic education across the board. If this was a black student this company would have never done this because there will be a black lash and protest action. They default list you and then they contact you with sms's which is unlawful and biased and state that you have been black listed. Then they try and justify that the school gave them permission and when you contact the school Appolo secondary and speak to the principal and he knows nothing and neither does the governing body. Protea factors did not follow the process of being a debt collection company and following procedures.. I have lodged a formal complaint with the Consumer tribunal court and Ncr against Protea factors cc.
They keep calling regarding You & Me Mobile when they illegally debited my account for a monthly subscription when it was a prepaid sim. When I called them they told me that they will credit the amount back to me and it's been a year later and now MBD wants to collect on this absurd debt. I have lodged a formal complaint with ICASA and asked that the look into this matter as I am not the only one that this is been happening to. MBD should get the facts straight before pursuing a matter and harrassing with phone calls and sms's and threatening to share with other parties... Don't they know about the POPI ACT.... They need to be schooled in the the different acts that protect the consumer from unscrupulous companies like this.
I decided to go with meandyou mobile because of the voice bundle option and the call centre agent assisted me to sign up for a month to month basis.. Submitted rica for Sim activation which I found to be ridiculous and took almost a month to get activated of which I got tired of waiting and canceled for a prepaid option and support did the change over and I received a ticket number confirming the change to prepaid. They have now debited my account 2 consecutive months for service I don't have and I called several times to resolve only to be pulled another month. I will never refer anyone to me and you mobile they are far the worst service provider I have ever dealt with and will advise anyone interested in getting this service to forget about it. They are very misleading about the voice and data bundles.
