Hilti SA has gone from a top supplier of tools to a embarrassment to themself...They require full payment of a service and then send a e-mail stating there is no spares,the 3 day service policy/or non payment is a ****......after numerous calls and threads of legal action,they did send a mail stating a credit,well on paper but in reality there is no credit....employees is totally useless,no one will ever phone you back,the Dutch ceo Dirk, of Hilti SA should be ashamed,No wonder all the good staff left Hilti after Covid .....after 23 years i had it,leave SA

Must be one of the most pathetic retailers in SA People not on the floor,standing in little groups with cell phones,stock wrongly loaded,that being said if the can find the stuff in the warehouse. As a contractor,who spend millions a year,LM you are history.
