I’m highly disgusted how Netstar just sends me an invoice on 30.12.2024 & *******ly debits my bank account on 31.12.2024 without my permission. When I bought my VW 3 years ago & Netstar was included, now that the “contract has come to an end without my knowledge I get a invoice for something I didn’t agree to pay for extra. Netstar didn’t even have the decency to give me a call last month to notify me that I’d have to pay from my own pocket if I wish to continue with there service, instead they send me a invoice & debit my account the next day without my permission. I’ve tried calling them over two days but no one was able to help me, so instead they JUST debit my account.I have not signed any contact or paperwork for them to debit my account. This is completely ******* & unacceptable. I’ve called them a numerous of times trying to solve this but they just debit my account without my permission.
I’ve urgently been trying to get hold of Old Mutual Gap Cover for the whole and there phones ring once and goes to a voice mail immediately. It doesn’t matter what time of the day you call, the same thing happens, over & over again. This is extremely concerning because what happens in the event of an emergency and I need authorisation from the medical aid & I’m struggling like this to get hold of someone in the medical aid department. When you request a “call me back” NOBODY bothers to call you back. You’d think such a prestige’s company that thrives on “customer service” would live up to their company values, clearly not & it’s extremely shocking.
I’ve been trying to get hold of Iwyze for two weeks as I urgently need a quote on gap cover. I’ve done numerous of “call me backs”, of which NOBODY has bothered to contact me. I’ve tried reaching out to them via Facebook and they’ve promised that somebody would call me back, I’m still waiting. I’ve also tried calling them and after all the tella prompts it goes to a voice mail. HOW ELSE CAN I GET HOLD OF IWYZE, this is ridiculous & unacceptable ?
Standard bank has taken a fee called MU Primary Sms fee of R15.30 without my permission. As Prestige client I pay monthly fees so why I am getting charged extra fees ontop of what I’m already paying, this is ******* to just debit my account without my permission for a service I didn’t sign up for. This is NOT the first time this is happening to my account & the setting to receive these msgs are set to “off” so why the hell am I getting charged?
My son was stuck alone the road and Miway came to his rescue. They keep us in the loop every step of the way to get his motorbike to safety. I was so impressed because when i called to log the road side assistance, the first thing i was asked is, is my son safe ! That really made me feel like I’m with the best insurance company ☺️
Good Day - I purchased a pair of 3strap green cross sandals and noticed 6 days after purchasing it that the paint of the buckles were coming off. I have driven to Epping to show the manager the what’s happening to the shoe, she said that there is nothing they can do about it (very unhelpful) Then I called there customer care centre only to find that after another week that there is nothing they can do about this shoe. I mean goodness me I paid R929 for the shoe and after less than a week the paint starts coming off the buckles. How can green cross say at the back of there till slip that they “will gladly exchange or refund you” if the shoe was unworn , I have the original till slip and the box in which the shoes came in. They are hippocrates as all the above applies to me yet they won’t exchange or refund me. This is clearly a defect on green cross side but they aren’t willing to take the responsibility. I will NEVER EVER BUY A GREEN CROSS PRODUCT EVER AGAIN
I called Eurosuit’s in Canal Walk 4days before lockdown happened in March to cancel and refund me my deposit for my sons matric ball suite as the school sent out a letter saying this years Matric ball is cancelled due to covid-19. Kim, Wesley and Regan from the branch had confirmed that my payment was BUSY been processed, I have STILL NOT received any refund since then. It’s been 3months and I have still NOT received my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous that Eurosuit keep on telling there customer that the refund is busy been processed when indeed NOTHINGS been done. I even have an email where they have said that they have OVERLOOKED processing my refund in March, I mean how do you overlook somebody’s refund when they are constantly emailing to find out how far the refund is. I will NEVER EVER recommend anybody to hire from them ever again.
Worst experience ever at Cattle Barron Pinelands - order a 300grm steak and was given a 200grm so I asked them to confirm that it was the correct gram that I ordered (apparently the griller / chef was drunk and was making mistakes so they sent him home after he messed up my order) then they remade the proper gram steak and brought it to me RAW ???? when I asked to speak to the manger his excuse was that the kitchen is very busy and laughed in my face. I’m mean this steak is R210 per person and it was actually my anniversary so basically for two people are order PLUS drinks would be well over R500 but clearly it was a small order and cattle Barron Pinelands wasn’t too concerned about it. Very disappointed in the lack of service and put off eating steak forever now
<p>School of Rock Claremont My son went for 2 guitar lessons to School of Rock Claremont on a “pay as you go” that’s the term they call it. So you pay for a lesson in advance as that’s what they asked(I paid for 3 lessons BUT only received 2). ***** has been harassing me to sign a waiver document which I cannot open until I FIRST click on the “I agree on the terms & conditions” icon and add a signature to it. I said to him that I cannot open the document and will not sign for something FIRST before reading what I’m signing for, he then said that my son’s unwelcome to come back to the school of rock until the waiver document is signed. I asked him to please print it for me so that I can read over it and then I’ll be willing to sign it should I agree with what it says. He told me that he cannot print it for me. I asked him to explain to me over the phone what the waiver document was about and he said it would take too long, but insisted that I sign the document. On Wednesday 24th October 2018 I emailed the school of rock asking them to please cancel my sons lesson for Saturday 27th October and to please refund that lesson into my account. *****emailed me back to say that they need a months’ notice in writing of a student’s intention to stop lessons AND please note we do not do refunds. On the first day of my son starting I asked them if I do the pay as you go can my son stop lessons at any time and obviously they said yes hence the pay as you go lessons. I’ve given them enough notice to cancel my sons lesson so that they could find somebody else to fill that slot for Saturday and to refund me. I have not signed any contract or document tying me into any terms and conditions to the school of rock so it’s actually illegal for then NOT to REFUND me my one lessons money. Hi there - I had movie cards about two years ago & not cant seem to find them. Your head office said to me that I can go & pick up new cards at my nearest Ster-kinekor branch which happens to be Cavendish Square. Apparently your Cavendish Square branch don't have any movie cards to give your customers & haven't had for months now. I wanted to go to movies this evening with my son BUT cant now as your Cavendish branch doesn't have any cards to give to there clients. This is unacceptable that I as a client cant use my movie card when you don't have any to give your clients. The lady at your front desk said that don't know when they will be receiving cards again. What's the use of 1/2 price Tuesdays when you cant even use the facility. Please advise URGENTLY on my request for my movie cards.
