False advertising

On the 16 September 2024, I purchased a car at We Buy Cars, I was assist by Stephen Evans from Germiston branch. After collecting the car I noticed a few issues on which I raised my concerns with the sales agent. These are the following issues, front passenger's seat belt clip, broken, a picture is attached for your ease of reference, the smell of the car, the odour is very bad and I guess, whoever was driving the car used to smoke in the car and aircon filter was supposed to be changed, Tyres are damaged, pictures taken from Tiger Wheel Sandton, are attached for your ease of reference. Stephen advised me that that was not an issue. He will order a replacement seat belt clip with KIA and a air con refresher and that he will receive those in approximately 2 days. He promised that as soon as the parts gets delivered, he will come and collect the car, change whatever needs to be changed and return it. A week passed, I sent him a 2 WhatsApp follow-up message, he did not respond. I layered a complaint with We buy cars which came to deaf ears. i am now trusting Ombusman to assist. We buy is not reliable and once the car leaves their premises you become nothing and their sales agents are friend ly when they want a sale and once they get the sale, you become a history

BAD AND PATHETIC SERVICE

Yesterday around 6.40pm, i passed by Engen garage in Clayville behind Shoprite. My light was on and wanted to re-fill my diesel. i went behind another car so when i saw that number 7 tanker was open, i went there, the petrol ladies at the garage continued with their phones, ignoring my existence. i had to request for some assistance in anger because it felt like i never existed to them. they looked at me and one of them, came and poured diesel to my car and she didn't even bother to tell me that she was done or if i wanted a slip, she went back to her colleague and they both continued with their phones. The other lady, which was assisting another car on tanker 8, spoke to those 2 petrol attendants ladies, while they continued with their phones, people are suffering from depression and they should learn to take it somewhere and not in this garage. what was my fault, requesting the lady busy chatting on the phone for assistance? i parked my car on the parking bay and asked another guy (petrol attendant) for a manager and was told that they was no manager in duty during that time. Their service is so pathetic and they should change the way they assist all the people and not only run for taxi drivers. Their service is so bad and will never use that Engen garage ever again. This kind of service should come to an end and they should learn good customer service.

Bad Service

I bought a Samsung microwave in 2020 and it had a warranty of 10 years. unfortunately, the buttons are no longer working. I called Russells head office and advised them that i am no longer staying in the address which i bought the microwave which was Sky City but now stay in Clayville East and the nearest Russells is Phumlani Mall. they advised me that, i can take the receipt to the nearest Russells and they will assist me. When i got there, i had to wait for 45 minutes to be assisted because the person that does queries was busy with her shopping. When she came she ever apologised for keeping us waiting, including the people that came to make payments or being given any explanation for such. They advised me that i should take it to where i bought it. I told them that, the head office advised me to bring there as it was the nearest. They said, the head office gave me the wrong information. The lady advised me to leave it there, as the branch manager will sort it out on Monday. Its so pathetic that when you are needed to buy, they don't care whether the credit was approved in Sky City or in Phumlani Mall. I am tired of seeing people in town ships being created with so much disrespect and not being taken serious unless they are needed to buy. All that i want is for my microwave to be fixed and after my experience at Phumlani Mall, i will never but at Russells.

I called with the intention of changing address and the guy I spoke too told me that the option I took does not cover me for comprehensive and that if I wanted comprehensive it will cost me 4 times that what I have been paying on which it was too much for

I called with the intention of changing address and the guy I spoke too told me that the option I took does not cover me for comprehensive and that if I wanted comprehensive it will cost me 4 times that what I have been paying on which it was too much for. I then requested to cancel and he transferred me to Busisiwe Sithole who then explained everything to me in a better version and change my policy to what I wanted with a lower premium. Her service was so excellent and professional 👏

FNB CONNECT

I have an account with fnb, including fnb connect devices. I moved my salary to another bank and advised them and they told me they cannot debit from another bank. They ended up handing me over to their HP Attorneys and when those attorneys called, i requested to settle for 1 device and they agreed and I settled same, leaving one which I am intending to settle soon. It has been over 2 months and they have refused to give me the settlement letter and updating my details on the bureau. The other device, i made arrangement for and i am honouring it. But still, they are not updating my details with the credit bureau. i have made several calls but unfortunate, with no assistance in getting the paid-up letter for the device I settled. They have advised that I have to settle all device to get a settlement letter and for my details to be updated with credit bureau. What sort of nonsense is it. How can you combine 3 different devices in one? I have also requested a settlement quote for the other device, a month ago but unfortunately, to date, still haven 't received same. It's so pathetic that in these trying times, there is a bank that is trying to tannish a person's name. All that I need is a settlement letter and settlement quote so i can part ways with FNB/ CONNECT,.

Denying Cancellation

I enquired about debt review with debtbusters since i was going through a turf time in my lie. Simbarashe Chikundi explained everything to me, though i had my doubts because i don't have much debts. i decided to cancel after a debit order went through in 1 month, I called him, he encouraged me but still my heart was still indenial with the whole issue so on the 14th of April, i decided to write a formal email in order for me to cancel. Simba has been ignoring my emails ever since. Every person that "i speak to in the call centre is telling me that Simba is the one that is supposed to cancel. He is the same person that used to spend 2 hours with me on the phone, now ignoring my calls and emails of cancellation. My friends warned me about this whole process but i ignored them. They have already debited for 1 month, all i want to know is what is going to happen to the money that i have already paid and when are they going to cancel me as per my request. Every person has a right to cancel. I cannot be forced to stay in a contract that i am no longer interested in. Debtbusters, you are so cruel. Please cancel me. FNB has refused to stop the debit order as there working with them and its so sad that i had to change long banking account because of this whole issue. All that i want is to be out that's all. @ FNB, you have not right to deny cancellation a debit order. It s well, i have already changed the bank but guys be warned about them, in case you need to cancel

Paid up loan

I took a loan and paid it off but now just received a call from DMC attorney informing me that I owe Cash Converters. I settled my loan and they can see it on their records. I know the economy is bad but they cannot go around accusing people of loans that are settled. I need you Cash Converters to call your lawyers and give proof of payment as I am being harrased by them. I did everything I can to settle your loan, why would you hand over a settled loan? You are a pathetic company. Guys please be careful when taking loans with this company

I took a loan with FNB and due to the loss of my job my loan was handed over to Blake & Associates. In November during Black Friday, Blake and Associates promised me a black Friday special and to be able to pay for my loan in 3 months. I agreed to the special and In November first instalment was debited until end of January. Blake & Associates sent me a paid up letter but FNB is still deducting money from my account, the money which was supposed to be written off as I was offered a special. Now FNB has debited R557.00 from account and I do not know maybe the reason is because I am banking with them that is why there are doing as they please to my account. I want my money bank and this account to be cleared. I called last month and I was told that it will be cleared after 45 days but there are still taking my money. FNB you are crooks and please I need my money back. Now I can't earn ebucks because the money that there are suppose to write off is blocking me to earn ebucks. Both you and your Ebucks are fake. PLEASE PAY BACK MY MONEY
