Vuse recently had a mother's day special whereby if you ordered 12 pods you got a device for free. I have lodged a complaint that I didn't get my free device and no one is bothering to respond. I think it's time to change brands.
Shocking company. They steal boxes from you by closing the van doors before you can inspect that the van is empty. Don t use them. The owner of the company refuses to allow any complaints about his staff.

<p>HI. I have been trying to do a change of ownership for months as my company wants us to transfer all our lines into our persional names but no one at MTN is interested in assisting with this. Even the key accounts manager that looks after our company account cannot be bothered to follow up on the progresss of this. HIs name is Stanley Makhubu. My ticket was logged with several MTN employees to help, but no one responds to emails! The following people are useless: Lucky Mathebula, Bongimpilo Zulu, Marissa Balli , Rachael Simwanza, Karen Fourie and Denis Charnock. No wonder people are porting out of MTN!</p>
For two weeks I have been trying to change suretyship on my daughters student loan and not one person ever gets back to me and assists. I have gone into Fourways Crossing and met with Evelyn who said she will hand the issue over to Elsie Matsetla. I have contacted the call centre five times and the call drops and although I ask that they contact me back - no one ever does. I have sent emails to Lindiwe Thendu who is supposed to be my prestige banker but she is more than pathetic in following up on my issues. I have left message for Mr Russel at Rivonia to please call me however he seems to be too busy aswell. Does anyone actually work at Standard Bank?? Should I rather just move all my accounts to FNB?
Hi. I want to thank Yim Siam Thai spa for refunding my daughter the R250 she was coerced into buying by a scam marketing company called GMH Marketing. Thanks also to Rob Green who contacted me and explained what had happened.
