I ordered 3 cheese chips (cheese sauce and blue cheese) and when I opened it at home there was maybe 25ml of a translucent white sauce with some blue cheese crumbled over it. I am very disappointed as I've always only ordered this same thing from the same Brewers (Waverley) and now suddenly the same price only buys a fraction of the content I ordered.
Cappuccino's Wonderboom Junction has been one of the best places to take the kids to play and where it's safe. BUT today I had the WORST experience there. Came in to find no seating available close to the play place, which was fine as I asked the waiter to come get me once something becomes available so I stood inside the playplace with the baby in a stroller and waited..... For 15minutes! Went back to ask again and the manager took met straight to a table and there I was left for another 15 minutes before a waiter came to assist me. Took the kid's orders and literally ran away. Came back with the food without asking if I needed anything and left as fast as he could. I never ever pay without leaving at least 10% tip. Today I paid my bill and left!
I had a TERRIBLE experience with Totalsports Menlyn where the store manager, Brian "tried his best" to find a bulls jersey that I had BOOKED to buy that day and they managed to accidentally sell it. So the regional manager, Iwi Matiwana made it his personal business to find and deliver an XL Jersey to a Totalsports store near us. We did not expect him to go absolutely above and beyond the call of duty to deliver this jersey because Totalsports dissapointed us greatly by selling the one we had booked. So we would like to thank, not Totalsports but Iwi for his dedication.
I called at 16:00 on 3 Feb to BOOK a Captain America bulls shirt (XL) and Lucas promised me that he is keeping it and that I mudt be at the store within 24hours to collect as that is store policy. I arrived at the store before 15:00 and they said "sorry mam someone sold it today". I then proceded to ask them to courier one from any retailer in the country, at their own cost and sell it to me at Totalsports price and the manager, Brian only sarcastically sayd "I'll see what I can do".
We baught a 10mb home wifi which included an androit tv box and a 2gb p/m sim card. We went to pick up the sim card and they told us that they will give it to us but it will never work. They should have told us that when we signed the deal or rather just take that out of the "amazing deal" because they know it doesn't work!
Foon breek - 24 Augustus Toe ek die foon invat het ek vir hulle gese die kamera lyk of hy bietjie geskuif het want hy is nie meer in die middel van sy sirkel nie en dan net die ooglopende skade verder gewys. Hulle skryf dit als neer op die analiese vorm en vat die foon. Laai foon op - 1 September. Hulle moet nog net nie battery check maar verder werk als 100% verseker hulle my. Ek merk toe n hele lys foute op terwyl ek werk met die foon. Gaan weer in - 4 September Die mense agter die toonbank se die manager sal maandag 11 September daar wees en dat ek n afspraak het vir 09:00 met die manager en die technician so ek moet dan eers terugkom. Want ek weier om my foon weer in te handig want hulle vat te lank vir herstel waarop hulle antwoord is "but then you must prepare yourself for this and borrow a phone from someone" want hulle kan nie vir my n leenfoon gee terwyl hulle myne weer regmaak nie. 11 September. Ek gaan in en die manager is op n opleidingskursus wat niemand van geweet het nie. Is skierlik oornag gereël en hulle is vreeslik jammer. Hulle se toe hulle gaan die foon afskryf en dan n refund gee en die "write off" brief stuur sodat ons kan eis by die versekering. Hulle sou dit 10:00 binne n uur en half gestuur het. 12 September. Ons het steeds nie die damage report gekry nie. Die bestuurder van Brooklyn Wefix is weereens nie beskikbaar nie. Ons kontak toe iemand by hoofkantoor wat ons verseker sy sal help. 13 September. Bestuurder kom haal die foon, bring hom 14:00 terug en se die probleme is uitgesort. En ons kry die damage report. Wefix se dat as die versekering uitbetaal moet ons die foon terugvat sodat hulle al my parte kan terugsit en hulle parte vat dan betaal hulle die refund DADELIK oor in n kredietkaart in. Ekt gesê hulle moet die foon kom haal wat ek ry nie weer soontoe nie. 25 September vat ek die foon in en wag. Hulle technician was weereens nie daar nie. Die bestuurder ook nie. Hulle book toe die foon in en sê hulle sal hom by my skool kom aflaai voor vrydag 29/9. Ek los die foon toe daar. 28/9 ek vra wefix om my terug te bel omdat ek nie airtime het nie. Hulle sê hulle soek al van Maandag af my foon se parte maar is seker hulle gaan dit vandag kry. En verseker my ek sal my foon terughê voor more oggend 11:00. 29/9 ek het nie my foon ontvang nie. 30/9 11:00 my man het wefix brooklyn toe gery om die foon en die refund te kry. Geen manager was beskikbaar. Hulle sê hy moet n halfuur wag en rondloop en 11:30 het hulle die foon teruggegee. Hulle wou dadelik refund maar ons het nie n kredietkaart nie so hulle sê toe die refund gaan 7 werksdae vat. Ons kry ook n brief geskryf en geteken deur n wefix werknemer wat ons verseker dat ons die terugbetaling sal ontvang 6/10. 6/10 ons ontvang n oproep van die Operations Manager by wefix hoofkantoor in Kaapstad 10:49 om ons in kennis te stel dat "the refund will not be processed....it was declined" daarna het ons n verdere gesprek met haar gehad om uit te vind wat aangaan, sy kon onsnie vertel wat die rede was nie en sy het net gese "goodbye" en die foon neersgesit. 6/10 11:09 ons bel wefix Brooklyn om te hoor wat gaan aan en hoekom ons nie ons terugbetaling gaan kry nie. Sy beweer sy het gehoor daarvan en dat sy nou in gesprekke tree met hoofkantoor om hulle te probeer oortuig om ons terug te betaal. 6/10 11:30 ons bel weer hoofkantoor se griewe afdeling en hulle sê dat hulle ook gaan probeer om ons terugbetaling vir ons te gee want hulle het eers vandag van die weiering gehoor vanaf die Operations manager. Hoofkantoor sê hulle het vir wefix Brooklyn instruksie gegee om die parte deur te gaan wat hulle uit my foon uitgehaal het sodat hulle kan vasstel of als nog in werkende orde is sodat ons ons volledige terugbetaling kan ontvamg. Ons gee haar tot 13:00 om dit te doen anders gaan ons n verklaring afle met n klag van diefstal. 6/10 12:30 Brooklyn wefix bel terug en se ons moet n kredietkaart bring hulle wil die terugbetaling dadelik doen. 6/10 13:09 Wefix brooklyn betaal die refund terug op die kredietkaart sonder enige probleme. So laaaaaaaang storie kort. MOET NIE WEFIX GEBRUIK VIR ENIGE HERSTELWERK NIE!!!!!!!
<p>I would like to thank Gertrude at the Mothers Joy offices for handling my uif claim during my materity leave. There was also a problem at the uif office and I wasnt paid in full. It took Gertrude 1 day to sort everything out for me. She is so friendly, always super patient and willing to help with anything. </p>
<p>Do not pay these people ANY money. It all looks amazingly legit from the add on opx to the shipping details, order numbers, tracking numbers, working courier website and working company website. This is an impressive scam! 2 Indian people, supposedly called Kim Allen and Morgan Williams. </p>
We were at the main course buffet to dish up when we were rudely chased away like stray dogs and were told that we should get away from the food and that we will be called when we can dish up. We came back to our table when he came to us and said that he is not rude and that is t is just his tone of voice and that he always talks like that. <br> Very bad service from the chef and felt incredibly unwelcome! Will NEVER come here again!!!
I walked in and was not greeted. The manager saw me and carried on his work. There were no other customers in the shop. I also later asked him for a black pen and without looking at me he placed it on the counter without a word or at least a smile.
