I always received speedy service from legalwise, but this time the service is unsatisfactory. The consultant Litelovuyo Konqobe does not give me feedback if I don't call. He requested a signed form which I sent on 27th Aug and when I called back after hearing nothing, he advises form is completed wrong. If I knew sooner I would have fixed it, but instead he raised his voice and advised I'm not his only client and he has a lot of emails. I as the client has to give him instructions and ask what the next steps are instead of receiving advice on what my options are. If I don't call when I see some time passed, I also won't hear anything. Right now I don't even know where I stand and feel like having Legalwise is a waste if I'm doing all the work
I've been struggling with Sanlam since April. The communication seriously sucks... I asked for my 2015 Tax Directive and was sent my 2015 IRP5. Trying to get into contact with them is impossible as they don't answer calls, they keep me waiting all day on WhatsApp and don't respond at all via email
For the past week I've been trying to get assistance from Sanlam regarding my tax Directive which is needed by SARS. They don't answer calls and when they do answer, they advise that they cannot assist me as their systems are down. I requested for numerous callbacks, but they just let the phone ring once to probably show on their systems that they did call. When I speak to a consultant on WhatsApp, they ask which email address they should use and after I respond the chat is closed and no emails are received. Sars has a deadline of 21 days and I cannot be calling 7 times a day and using other avenues without getting anywhere

The consultant wouldn't allow me time to think about it and advised that if I didn't take the car for assessment or authorize them to debit my account via sms, I wouldn't have to accept the cover... I didn't do any of those things yet outsurance kept debiting my account. I called numerous numbers which I couldn't get through to and when I finally got through to the cancelation department, I received another lecture on staying with outsurance and the whole sales pitch where I wasn't given the opportunity to cancel. If this is how we as consumers are silenced and not given an opportunity to make our own decisions, then I would rather go with another insurer who let's me say no or yes
I reported a case with the ***** department at Absa Bank on the 12th of October, the consultant advised that the investigator (Edward Mohajane) will contact me in 48hrs and the case will be resolved in 21 days. I called on the 1st of November as I never received any feedback, but was told the investigator will contact me. I've been calling every week and everytime they say he's on a call and will call me back. An email was sent to the manager (Matilda Sibande) and yet still no feedback was received. It's going to be 2 months soon and I must say I'm very disappointed with the service from the ***** department at Absa and due to their procrastination on this case, I'll never get my money back
After sending documentation to Mbali on the 6/3/23 no1 got back to me to advise if email was received and anything else needed. Another email was sent to mbali on 14/3/23 to enquire if anything is needed and if I can have feedback. I than called numerous times 27 and 28 March leaving my number but Nomthandazo Mgadi never returned my call. I finally got a hold of her and than was told to call her back tomorrow as she hasn't worked on the claim yet, after this process of trying to get hold of her. I tried to explain that I have e-mailed a month ago, she snapped at me and was very rude asking if I e-mailed her and before I could explain she went off at me as if I did something wrong. Mereshnie Dheepnarayan has been my go to person as call centre agents and departments in Oneplan never return my calls or try to assist. She's efficient, always gets things done and informs me of every step taken. Whatever my problem, I can always contact Mereshnie. This is excellent customer service
Since I joined Afrihost I have had problems with connection. It's been 8 days without connection, I've spoken to multiple consultants and logged tickets. A technician had to call Friday and nothing. My entire salary has been disappearing for 2 months, they deducted my loan more than 3 times and than when I went into the branch nobody could give me a breakdown of what happened to my money and they refused to close my account. A consultant came with a piece of paper and pencil to calculate what happened to my money. This is very unprofessional and non of my accounts have been paid, so where is my money
