I’ve had a shocking experience with VOX Telecom. I paid in full for their fibre internet service for the entire month of July 2025, but I’ve had zero connectivity, not a single day of working internet. Despite multiple calls, emails, and even a formal written complaint (ref #VOX28317168), VOX has not restored my service or provided any explanation. I was assured by billing and my account manager that my line was active, but that is clearly not the case. This has caused disruption to my business, forced me to pay for a separate backup solution (which I’m now using full-time), and resulted in no response, no refund, no resolution from VOX. I submitted a final demand with a 24-hour deadline, they still ignored me. I've now been forced to escalate to ICASA and pursue other remedies, including a chargeback of the payment. VOX has failed to deliver the service they were paid for and has shown no accountability or basic customer care. I strongly caution others from relying on VOX for any business-critical services. This has been an expensive and frustrating lesson.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience ordering from Glolighting. Their complete lack of transparency regarding stock availability is unacceptable and has caused an unnecessary and frustrating delay in my purchase. When I placed my order, their website gave me every reason to believe that the item was available in Johannesburg. Only after payment was made did they inform me that the stock was actually in Cape Town and needed to be shipped. This is blatant misinformation and a complete disregard for customers who rely on accurate stock details to make informed purchasing decisions. If their website had been honest about stock locations, I would never have proceeded with this order, as this was an urgent purchase. Instead, I am now stuck waiting indefinitely, with no clear timeline on when my order will actually arrive. To make matters worse, I have to chase them for answers on how long the shipping will take and what my options are if I choose to cancel. A business that values its customers should prioritize transparency and efficiency. Glolighting has failed on both fronts. If you need a reliable supplier who respects your time and money, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of a disappointment, and I will not be making the mistake of ordering from them again.

I am extremely disappointed with Dis-Chem’s pharmacy and wellness clinic appointment booking system. The entire process is inefficient and frustrating. Every time I book an appointment online, I am required to fill in a detailed form and select a date and time that suits my schedule. However, despite arriving 15 minutes early for my appointments, I am consistently forced to wait an additional 15 to 30 minutes past my scheduled time before being assisted. This completely defeats the purpose of an appointment system. To make matters worse, I am asked to fill in yet another form upon arrival, even though I have already submitted the same information online. This redundant process is not only inconvenient but also a waste of time. Because of these constant delays, I am forced to reshuffle my entire schedule, affecting my other commitments. It is unacceptable for a healthcare provider to consistently fail to honor booking times. People’s time should be respected, and if the system cannot manage appointments properly, it needs to be restructured. I expect more professionalism and efficiency from Dis-Chem, and I sincerely hope improvements are made.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service my wife received from a sales consultant representing Mr. Price. The call was nothing short of unprofessional and unpleasant. The consultant was unnecessarily rude, overly pushy, and asked irrelevant questions that escalated into a back-and-forth argument. This is unacceptable behavior, especially from a representative of a company as large as Mr. Price. What is even more appalling is the lack of a proper channel for addressing complaints. After the call, my wife, clearly upset and agitated, called the company back using the same number, only to be informed that she couldn’t lodge a formal complaint with that department because they only make outgoing calls. She was told to wait for the consultant to call her again to escalate the matter to a supervisor or manager. It’s been over a week now, and there has been no follow-up. This approach to customer service is utterly ridiculous. A company of your stature should prioritize addressing complaints promptly and efficiently. Your systems should allow customers to report concerns without relying on the whims of a callback. I demand that this matter be addressed immediately. The consultant must be called to order, and your complaint-handling processes need a complete overhaul. This experience has left me questioning Mr. Price’s commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction, and I will not rest until my concerns are taken seriously. Do better, Mr. Price! Your customers deserve respect and professionalism at all times.
Thank you to Vusi the manager at Spur Newmarket Mall, Alberton. He managed to reserve a table for me and my family at last minute and with short notice for daughter's 8th birthday. They also set it up and gave us wonderful service. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
Terrible treatment at VVIP, got there early (11h30) to get a good seat. All/majority of seats were fully booked/reserved. We were rudely shuffled around as if we didn't belong there. We paid full price for our VVIP tickets only to be treated like garbage by *********** staff. Huge thumbs down for customer care/service. 👎🏽🚮 Another thumbs down for the VVIP section entirely. 👎🏽🚮
I'm extremely unhappy with Capitec Bank! You guys blocked my account and the beneficiaries I paid based on a hunch that your frauds department had (which was completely miscalculated). I didn't receive a call or sms to verify my transactions you guys did as you please without my knowledge. I then went to the branch to confirm the legitimacy of my transactions, the holdon my account and some of the beneficiaries was lifted, two weeks later I'm still trying to lift the hold on some beneficiaries because of your hunch. I've lost business cause of this so has my beneficiaries and no one wants to be held accountable. Terrible customer service, everyone is clueless in all departments as I keep getting bounced from one department to another. 🤬 UTTER NONSENSE!!!!
