This is the 3rd time I have to send a Hello Peter message for Vodacom to sort out my contract that was blocked by them the number you need to phone me on is 0836443250 so please contact me!!!! you deleted my number that I will give you as soon as you contact me!!!! And I want to know why and when will it be fixed??? you keep on sending me messages to say someone will contact me 4 weeks later no reply???? please contact me on 0836443250 !!!!

I phoned in on 16 November 2015 to explain to them that I do not want to continue with my contract but they must move it over to pre - paid. 1st of January my phone is off line no network. I then phoned again to find out that my number has been cancelled? I really need you to sort this out I phoned on Thursday the call centre agent said he will phone me back with in 24hrs I am still waiting, I phoned in again on Friday afternoon, and no body could tell me with who I spoke as there is no names on the system? Really? So I explained the whole story again, also he said I will hear from Vodacom with in 24hrs? Well today is Sunday? My first call log was on Thursday at about 11:00am? So its been 3 days not 24hrs. The number that is locked is 0764321998, so please do not try to phone me on that number.... its locked... please use 0824707483 to phone me and please sort out my problem!!!!!
I just want you to explain to me how is it possible to upgrade your phone and wait 2 weeks for it? If you do a query at the voda shop they are not able to assist you with a date because vodacom does not give them a delivery date. I cannot understand how a big company like Vodacom cant even have a reliable system. I really do understand now why people are moving over to cell c because vodacom does not have any customer service and support!!! Really pathetic!
I just want to know how is it possible for a Spur to be out of buffelo wing? A product that they are famous for? Why is there a Restaurant thats famous for a product if they can not keep up with the demand? Rather remove the product from the menu if you can not keep up with demand. Really not happy with this issue!
i bought 4 seats for life tickets for loftus, when arriving at loftus i was informed that i only have 2 tickets on my name. i had arrange for business partners to go watch the game with me and i only had two tickets? when phoning the call centre aparantly there was only a record of two tickets? so my question is they are aparantly recording the call so how can there be no record. i was standing there with a redface and had to buy 4 additional tickets? you guys must get people in your call centre that can do their job properly!!!!!

Dstv decided to disconnect my dstv after I did change my debit order dates? When today I phoned the call centre to find out what is happening they told me that still I am not on debit order, how is that possible! !!!!!!<br> yesterday I received a message on my dstv to inform me that the debit order will go off by the 28th? That is what was agreed on and now all of the sudden there is no history? What the hell? Really you guys must appoint people in your call centre that can do the job not just be there for month end!!!!!! This is really getting on my nerves! !!!
I bought a bike in the store for my brother that started to study in Potchefstroom. The bike was purchased on the 1 Feb. I returned the bike on 19 feb because the handles keeps going loose and the gears does not change. When we got to the store with the bike they did not know what is the return policy on a bike. The only thing they knew was the fact that if it happened with in 7 days they would of returned it. Its a week later and they still don't know what to do??? Really can one company be so pathetic not to know what there return policy on bike is??? I don't want my money back I just want a bike that works? Aparantly if you buy it at House & Home its to much to ask... I please want to ask people not to support them. Once they have your money there is no clued up after service.... really really annoyed! !!!!!!
