Extremely poor water (non) delivery
Extremely poor and tardy communication. When finally managed to commit to a day and price, no show. Then argued with me, saying everything was my fault. That despite WhatsApp messages to the contrary

RSS in PE go above and beyond
RSS in Port Elizabeth offer amazing service. They're friendly, accommodating and do a fantastic job. Today they checked and made a minor repair to the suspension of my Tiguan at no cost!!!!!

A site to use when you want to get out and about.
Lekkeslaap gives a clear, unbiased view of their properties on offer. The site is easy to use, payment is straightforward and they keep in touch without being intrusive. It's a wonderful site for finding accommodation that you're looking for.

Poor service
Very late delivery. Driver said he had been at my home earlier in the day......I was at home all day waiting for delivery. The phone number sent by sms was not that of the driver

Delivery not what was promised
I received a new router, with sim card inserted this afternoon, supposedly all set up and ready to go. DEFINITELY not set up and ready to go. What a run-around to try to get connected. And I am still battling, even with the help of someone on WhatsApp. I would never have considered this package if I had known that it would not be set up as promised on the Afrihost website

Fantastic travel assistant
I've used Afristay on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed the website, the professionalism and helpfulness (especially when I've messed up dates or numbers of people staying!!)

NO customer care
"customer care" ......... really! Most frustrating trying to get anything sorted out, from the Telkom shop, 10213, 10210, email, talk to an agent. It doesn't matter where. Obviously not interested in customer care
