Experience terrible service from Mugg and Bean Town Square in Hillcrest. Ordered a Monte Cristo salad.. This salad had alot of leaves with scanty ingredients.. The ingredients were not complete as listed,served with thinly sliced bagel one can see through!! My friend ordered Premy jellopeno burger.. The onions burned to no recognition.. The manager also no energy and totally not aware that anything was wrong with the Order!! Waiter was Bheki and the Manager Leslie. We called the waiter who was very lethargic in his approach...
I placed an order from Rocco mama's via Uber eats. I realized that adress was incorrect on oder and immediately contacted the driver via their phone line on ap. J spoke to Kelvin the driver who said he is already on the way.I told him that adress is incorrect.He then said he wuld return the order to rocvo mama's. On his arrival at Rocco mama's Grayston,I called him again. I then calked Rocco mama's and explained my matter. I spoke to manager on duty who told me to cancel the order as I wuld tgen receive a refund from Uber eats. I send my complsined via Uber eats app. Their response was that I WINT BE GETTING A REFUND AS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ODER AS IT WAS RETUR NED TO ROCCO MAMAS!!

I visited this place yesterday 27 Jan 2025.. I have never experienced such efficiency in any government department!! I literally was ther for abt 30min to 40min max..The front desk is managed by police officers.. There was this specific police officer Mr I Matshidiso..Can we give this man a bells!! This man renders service as unto the Lord..His multi-tasking skills are on another level.. There was a tome he was all by himself, but im telling you..It was like he has ears on his back.. What i love most,was that the elderly were managed as priority..their own queue. He was laughing and made jokes with most of us.. But hear this!! When you leaving and bid him gudbye,he will gooi in a l"ove you too"..This was the cherry on the cake for me.. I felt like sitting ther and just observe this marval of service delivery...or capture it on camera.. If any person deserves a promotion..This man is the candidate.. Becaus he runs the front desk with such effeciency,the rest if the loops, eye testing etc..Follows suite. All I can say is EXCELLENCE REDEFINED!!๐๐๐.. I SALUTE YOU ALL๐ฎโโ๏ธ๐ฎโโ๏ธ
Again... My order for upgrade through Vodacom. This parcel send via Ram for delivery. Sms received just few minutes before delivery. I told driver that im not home,as sms was just received, but can he come following day ..(today). I took time off in morning and even updated the track website about times i woyld be available. Time webt passed 11h0p,no sms or delivery update. I called Vodacom and was told that parcel was released. Gave me a number to call Ram for delivery update. I spoke to a very rude customer service agent called Nkateko who told me that Vodacom has not released parcel for delivery, and i shuld know thst this cpuld take another day or 2 for this ipdate to reflect on Rams system.. I told him abt my arrangement with the driver and me taking time off to wait for the parcel,which i can't do again.. His response was "if you cant wait for the parcel ,you can just go to work mam".. Cos we will not release this parcel until we receive this update from Vodacom.. Alot was exchanged with Nkateko and i cant believe Ram has such individuals on their emply..arguing about the sms that was send out at 08h00 already,and they cabt take responsibility if i received it late...eyc etc .. Bottom line..Nkateko dont know how to speak to customers... I called Vodacom again,asking them why i was not told about this delay,and the rude encounter with Nkateko.. This agent apologized and escalated this to manager for a fast update to Ram.. Like i said on my previous review.. I have been with Vodacom for mor then 15years i think.but i always receive bad treatment upon me upgrading.. Its indeed annoying that the only quick response I get from them is when I write a bad review..!! Then the make use of a courtier company who is equally irresponsible and no customer service etiquette at all!! Im soooo dissapointed!!!
My LTE network needs to be upgraded. I contacted Pepe who works in Royal cradle area as a contact i found via whatsapl group. I made it very clear to him that im not on fibre ,but wanna renew my Vodacom lte contract.. He said he could help me. I received a quotation via email,and to my astonishment, it was a fibre contract!!! I immediately send him a whatsapp and explained my frustration to him.. He said he will cancel this contract asap . This was done on Monday 23Sept.. I cancelled also via email to vodacom customer care.. Yesterday,25Sept i received a call informing me that the fibre guys will be at my house @08h00 to install! I told the consultant who called that this was cancelled. He then said he will call me in next 2min and put his Supervisor on speaker phone to discuss this matter..HE NEVER CALLED BACK!! I then called vodacom fibre, spoke to Denise and AGAIN EXPLAINED TO THE 4TH PERSON TO CANCEL!! She did not see any cancelation on record,but proceeded with cancelation..gave me a ref number Ref vodacom fibre cancellation SR240925-368268 Denise. Today at 08h00 the fibre installation guys was at my house to install this cancelled order!! LET IT BE KNOWN,FOR THE PAST 18YEARS AS A VODACOM CONTRACT HOLDER,NEVER WAS ANY OF MY CONTRACTS A SMOOTH TRANSITION.. I SOFAR CANCELLED ALL MY PHONE CONTRACTS WITH THEM..THE ONLY REASON IM STILL WITH THEM WAS A LTE DEAL THAT WAS OFFERED AT A DISCOUNTED DEAL AS A SORRY FROM THEM.. This was the deal that i wanted to upgrade and asking for a better price.. I obviously did not get it,but i still am waiting for my router. The number on that contract is 0823319134.. All i can say,is Vodacom customer service is TERRIBLE!! I HAVE NO WORDS FOR THEM!! Imagine...these Fibre install guys obviously did not believe me,and they resorted parking at my house,dont know why..
My 2 year subscription was complete. They just decided to automatically subscribe me to their online IT service called RESCUE BOX!! I was never consulted about this R89 debit order that just automatically was added...
I left my phone a week ago 4 May to be specific.I was waiting for my appointment with a Dr ,sitting on the 1st floor while charging the phone. Somehow i stood up leaving the phone on the couch i was sitting on. I only realised the phone was gone when I arrived home,as its my personal phone and not my work phone I always use. Today i went to the same Dr,and just decided to ask security if someone found my phone,as the security office was directly oposite where I was seated last time. I was referred to the lost and found security section. Asked a few questions nake of the phone etc. My phone was kept safe the entire week!! I am so happy and yet surprised that this happened. I applaud the security of Unitas Hospital cause i just took a chance asking ..not convinced that it was kept safe.. Thnk You so much !!!
I just received an unauthorized debit order from this company. Refence no:704826_2. Ema.dames@planetfitness.co.za is the contact on that debit order. I was last with planet fitnessin 2019..Moved to vitality,on which they never transfered my membership. Lovkdown happened and nothing came of this. I never signed any contract with them therafter.
As per my previous review,i received a settlement amount after 6weeks of struggle! I was told that paid up letter would be sent within 48hours. I paid up on 26April 2021 and im still waiting for either an acknowledgment or my paid up letter! Today is 30th April 2021!!! No word,no email response.. I this far send 3 email enquiries.
