Ref: 711 993 5778 Bought a microwave in early 2022. late September 2022 we noted sparks in the microwave. this was repaired, few months later the handle detatched, again repaired, May 2024 microwave stopped working again in for repairs, Now in August the same sparks picked up and was reapirs has come back. repairer says we have to pay again for the repair. I called Samsung as we felt that Samsung has to advise if the quality of their product has dropped or their recommended repaired has to improved or both. Samsung advised they will investigate. And their response is "Sumsung is not responsible and we must bear the cost to fix or replace" to conclude we have the machine just over 2 years and we had to repair it 4 times and 2 of the repairs is the same issue. We will be moving to Bosch appliances as they offer far better aftersales support
Useless when comes to claims, you pay them to be a post box not for support when claiming. They offer zero support. Roscoe Lakay wants to give a song and dance but doesnt put the effort in resolving claim with the insurer. This is the first Broker / insurer i had to argue about claims. Regardless of this last claim history or any other claim, please note its a waste, bad policies, do not care for the customer and what you assume should be covered is not.
Momentum does not cover Auxilary damage. if you have geyser damage momentum DOES NOT restore to how it was before. i will shortly change insurer and will proceed to find a difference company for my other momentum policies...
Poor service when processing a claim. my one claim have been lodged 2 months ago today not concluded, I have a new claim (my wife's engagement ring), I provided the proforma from the same store I bought it from in 2016. Momenetum requests an evaluation certificate ??? why if I’m giving you a proforma of the exact ring we bought again dragging their feet, I unfortunately will change insurer soon after resolving these claims.
have been with Vodacom for maybe 10years, currently have think 6 contracts between my wife and i. never have we placed or taken out sims of phones. upgrades where done in store. two contracts pay insurance (why i dont if 1 is a phone contract and the other a airtime/data contract) never the less, phone is damaged and Vodacom insurance refuses to cover the cost .... wait for it... the incorrect sim is in the phone (again that number has insurance as well) as mentioned contracts are renewed in store. i sent a complaint through last week and was advised the matter is being looked at but i guess its not important enough to communicate status / outcome. i will allow all contract to now run out and will be changing to a different cellphone provider.

Let me 1st say thank you to Maritza Cornelius for trying to resolve this. I however have to give Old Mutual a ZERO. Don't be linked to unscrupulous companies yet fail to support client. Please check the google reviews on this company names Motovaps. i took this policy only because it has ties to Old Mutual. thinking if for any reason like now i have issues Old Mutual will step in and be a mediator not a post box or messenger. Maritza is only able to follow up and feedback which means this motovaps gets away with rejecting claims and hiding reports away.
Took out their motovaps (vehicle mechanical warranty) last year. 2022-02-25 driving my car it shut down and when restarting it missfired and barely could drive. had it towed in to workshop. 2022-03-16 report and quote sent to policy for review and approval. 2022-03-17 assessor is sent to evaluate. 2022-03-18 claim is reject and please read carefully the contradicting rejection. This car has full service history and not a cent is spared when it comes to maintenance. THE REASON YOUR CLAIM HAS BEEN REJECTED Your policy covers sudden and unforeseen mechanical failure as described in the policy wording issued to you. The claim submitted does not meet the criteria of mechanical failure and is deemed to form part of normal vehicle maintenance. The joke is they say they only cover "Unforeseen mechanical failure" which I had and then further say its forms part of my "normal vehicle maintenance" which I have a full history and up to date. 1st I will go as far as taking them to court (I already contacted a lawyer and ombudsman) i will then go to every social network and inform people of this policy
BMW tyre pressure monitoring system failed to tell we had a puncture. BMW ran diagnostics and said there is no fault and will not be responsible to replace the now damaged tyre as it was driven flat and tyre was damaged. i will never support BMW again
Poor service received (once again) for a customer that has been with the bank for the last 14+ years. Subject - Further home loan application was done. the agent provided very confusing information, rushed me into signing documents that initially caused interest rate to go up. i was also requested to remove all additional funds (as it will delay the process) one month later and still dont know what is going on. The agent and his manager fails to return my calls or provide clarity. im now told due to the month end debit order is the new reason.... i have multiple issue with how this application has been handled and the fact that i lodged a complaint and found out today when i called to follow up... the matter was closed without even informing me... so i tried to keep the complaint "in house" but FNB felt to not support their client and close a matter without any form of correspondence. i will definitely be shopping for a new bank as this issue was the last straw.
