20 November 2025, car was taken for service. The days following that service, the car made minor vibrations which were irregular to the cars usual performance. Fast track to 14 January 2026, the car presented significant issues and error messages on the screen displays as I refused to start. After failed attempts to call my preferred service centre at Audi Bryanston, I called the service department to obtain assistance through the service manager, Mr Govender. I requested that they return my call and assist me after explaining the issue I was experiencing. To date, my call has not been returned, which is unacceptable customer service. I had to resort to my insurer assisting me with the car issue and they advised that I need to take the car to a battery specialist to resolve the issue. It is now the 15 January 2026 and I was surprisingly informed by the battery specialists at Willard and they refused t touch the battery as they expressed that the battery was a **** battery which was not compatible with Start/Stop vehicles. I immediately drove to Audi Bryanston as my vehicle has only been serviced by them and the issues with the vehicle began after the vehicle was taken or service in November. My frustration with the matter is the lack of care and integrity that I have experienced with Audi Bryanston: 1. I have previously had items ****** from the car, including vehicle equipment. 2. Incomplete service tasks such as key batteries that weren’t replaced in line with booked service notes. 3. The current battery issue as the dealership refused to investigate when the issue could have occurred by reviewing previously diagnostic records of the car to accurately identify when the vehicle was turned on and rebooted forcefully due to battery swaps. Instead the staff rush to want to sell me a new battery at a discounted rate. This is unacceptable treatment for customers who have bought a premium branded product and these matters need to be treated as a drop in service levels and poor customer experience. I expect a resolution urgently regarding the ****** battery from my vehicle as this is posing a risk to my ability to use the vehicle as I had intended to.

December 2024 I went in personally to enquire, I was then asked to reapply of which I did.on the 20th of May this year I received an sms from the masters office saying they rece My application and it will take 21 days to process to date (40th June 2025) I haven’t received any outcome despite communicating with the pta masters office , can it take 5 yrs really
They keep sending me sms , I’m not even a car owner, where do they get my details from?. I keep blocking them, but change their numbers each time

I keep receiving calls from this numbe 021 007 0299 it registers as debt review **** on Truecaller. I don’t know where they got my number from I’ve neither have requested any services from them nor am I their client
