I’m writing this to warn anyone thinking of renting from Houss Property. Living here has been an absolute nightmare. The management clearly doesn’t care about their tenants — only about collecting rent. For months, I’ve been complaining about the tenants in Apartment next to me who constantly play loud music, smoke ****, and have different people coming and going at all hours. The smell of **** fills the air every single day, and it comes straight into my unit. I have a small baby, and my bedroom has no proper ventilation, yet I can’t even open the windows because of the constant smell of ****. It’s disgusting and unhealthy, but Houss Property has done nothing to fix this situation. I was even told that the tenants would be moved out — that never happened. When I asked to move to a different unit myself, I was told I would need to submit a new application and pay almost R14,000, even though I already live here and had just paid R13,000 for rent on the 25th. How is a tenant expected to pay that much extra just to escape an unbearable living situation? My daughter is also writing exams, and the constant noise, shouting, and smell have made it impossible for her to study or sleep. I’ve complained multiple times, but the management simply doesn’t care. Houss Property’s lack of empathy and responsibility is shocking. If you value your peace, health, and safety — do not rent from Houss Property. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own.
Yesterday the 26th of July 2024 I went to standardbank in Kempton Park to downgrade my account. The consultant assisted me,but also went and did a inquiry in my name my credit inquiry without my permission. I want to know why is my right as their client violated. I never gave them permission neither consent. I want this removed from my name. This is against POPAI.
We got stuck in the middle of no where. The drivers didn't bother to tell us what's going on. I am not impressed first impressions last. Big tree bus you are a big disappointment.
Multichoice ignored my query Till now. So disgusted
Multi has overcharged they are saying I owe them R1340 but they can explain how they arrived at that amount. I was unemployed and I was owing R95 balance on decoder I took in 2020. I want to know how they got to R1340 This is fraud
Worse experience ever. I paid the school teacher money for my son's matric jacket.the teacher decided to eat my money. The school dismissed the teacher and never told me. I was promised a refund after the school deducted the money from the teacher's pay. I was told the 07th of September. I was not paid. I am being told stories. I am very frustrated and I don't know what else to do.
I bought 200g of choice assorted at checkers hyper in Forest hill but when I got home the biscuits were not there but in the slip it shows I paid for them. I called checkers hyper I was taken from pillar to post being for till no to till slip the time but none gave a damn to help. I tried calling again and my call rang and was cut. Even they never bothered to give me feed back. I am very loyal customer of checkers hyper but they gave nonsense service I don't even want the biscuits anymore I just want my money back. Bad and horrible experience.
I was suppose to recieve my uif money from the department of labour but was rejected by the bank because I got married but had not had a chance to change my surname so I went to capitec bank to change my surname with my marriage certificate I was told I need the new id I told them home affairs doesn't issue new id because of lockdown regulations I went to get an affirdavit as proof that indeed I can't produce a new id. They still refused to change my surname on the system instead gave me a letter with the new surname but that is not helping because my money gets rejected. I am unemployed I need this money.
I took a price lock package for R690 and I was told I would be debuted it for 24month.last month multichoice went and debited R1080 which I never agreed to. I tried to get the reason for this deduction no agent could tell me I spoke to six different agent and they were all telling different stories. This is unacceptable I have been a loyal customer to multichoice for 8years now. My account is disconnected and I have been waiting for the call from price lock from 8 in the morning till now. It's either that fix this fraud or they take their decor back. I am very disgusted by this.
