I purchased a vehicle from your Springfield Branch a few months back. I paid the additional R3000 for registration and the whole works... It has been a number of months since purchase.so I though I would check in on the Natis website to see if my vehicle is noted in my name, it is not. I sent a follow up email to your customer care @ we buy cars .Co. za (without spaces) to find out what (if anything) I still need to do. No1 week later and no response. Does anyone monitor this email? It was sent on 13 Jan at 11h11.
Clicks Kloof ALWAYS makes you wait so long. Even if there is 1 or 2 people in the queue, always a t least a 30 minute wait everytime I go there
David from Matress King in Springfield was fantastic at helping us find the perfect matress! Patient and knowledgeable. Sleeping like a king now. Thanks for all your help and for getting us the right matress that we are very happy with!
I sent the below email to information to information@standardbank.co.za on 16/05/24 and did not get a response. I sent a follow up email to the same email address on 27/05/24 and still no response. Another one on the 4th June '24. No response. I finally sent a follow up to complaints.resolutionCentre@standardbank.co.za on 15th June for an answer and still no response. Why the lack of communication? Why is it so hard to get a response and why do I have to resort to HelloPeter to get a response from someone at Standard Bank insurance? Here is my original email: Good day, Please help me understand why my monthly installment went from R1600+- to R2000. I understand that an insurance premium was added due to the instalment agreement requiring me to have insurance, however I am being charged for 2 different additional products. One of which is added to my premium and one which is added to my remaining balance. R322.15 and R391.15. One of these charges is insurance, the other I did not agree to. I should have 1 more payment due of +-R1700 yet I have almost double this. Please advise.
I recently purchased 2 airline tickets through [URL Removed] for my wife and son to fly from JHB - Miami - Nicaragua - JHB. I paid +-R35,000 for these tickets and had a few thousand Rands left in my account after the purchase. 3 days later I am charged an additional +-R35,000 (two separate amounts) for the same air tickets thus putting my account way in to the negative balance! First of all, After trying to reverse the double charge I was told \its already been banked by their side and I must contact the merchant"How the hell can you firstly allow a purchase that will put my account in to the negative by tens of thousands of rands with no overdraft facility and secondly you still have the cheek to charge me fees for having a negative balance! I am very upset with this whole situation to see how my money has so easily slipped out of my account."""
My first impression with outsurance is that of being misleading! I spoke to an agent over the phone a couple days ago to insure my car, we negotiated a premium of R506 pm and no initial joining fees, the agent specified that there would be no joining fees and that my first debit order would be R506 and guess what, its R800+- so I am reversing my debit order with out surance and canceling my insurance with you. If this is the sneaky way you do business then I dont want to have to rely on you when the time comes that I need to.

Consider my contract void!

Sean van der Merwe
I recently took my wife and son to nandos in springfield. I wish I had got the name of the manager but he was an indian chap with glases, upon our arrival there was a short queue, this manager jumped in quickly to take orders and relieve the line, once the line had shortened and while waiting for our order I watched this guy who was all over the place cleaning tables, checking up on customers to see whether they were enjoying their meal, he even ran upstairs to grab a toilet roll for a lady who wanted to use the toilet. At no time did I see this man stand still, in addition I ordered a family meal with a side salad, upon receiving the salad we decided that we would rather have ordered the cole slaw, there was no issue at all replacing the salad for the cole slaw. I have been in the guest service industry for over 10 years and I have rarely seen a shop leader such as this guy, all the staff in that store seem to know exactly what they doing and look like they want to be there! Well done!
I have recently opened a money market call account with Standard bank, why does it take over 5 days for for an internal transfer from my savings account to my cheque account to be available? I'm still waiting for the amount to be available in my cheque account but nothing yet, I was told upon opening the account that I would have instant access to my money from the money market call account. Really starting to feel like a steve from standard bank, this is just 1 example among many in the past couple weeks that has made me think about moving over to FNB. Such a hassle to switch banks though, thinking it may just be worth the hassle though.
