CLICKS KENSINGTON DURBAN NORTH is the most pathetic and *********** store to handle online click and collect orders. Goods get delivered to stores but there is no competent staff able to check in online orders, they really need to learn from DISCHEM stores that are the BEST for online orders!!!!!! Really pathetic and disappointing
Purchased four Sausage Mc****in with Egg including orange juice for each meal. We were given Apple juice and told they did not have any orange juice, after complaining they miraculously gave me orange juice from the same machine that had no orange juice. When we got open and open up our meals, every meal had no eggs on any of the sausage Mc****in meals, although the wrapping showed including egg, VERY DISAPPOINTING and PATHETIC SERVICE. Staff are too busy dancing to music instead of attending to customers orders!!!
Purchased KIA Picanto from salesman Mbusi but service given before signing OTP has been very disappointing. Vehicle was not ready when told it would be! When checking car before purchasing the floor mats were there and received car without floor mats, was told that they were maybe left at valet services. Was told by Mbusi that vehicle had spare key but when collecting vehicle there was no key issued. Vehicle registration was only finalised today before temporary license expires tomorrow.
Absolute waste of time carrying out contract renewal with MTN via MONDO, most disappointing and disorganised operations between the two compa-nies!!!! Still awaiting device since 13/12/2022 and no communication or feedback from customer care!
Absolutely waste of time trying to get feedback on delivery. Delivery appointment not honoured without any communication. Useless customer care line filled with incompetent people who have no idea what is going on, PATHETIC!!!!

Very disappointed as a Consumer I responded to an online advert of a great deal of a TV reduced in price which was shown as sold out on the website. When visiting Pick N Pay to get the amazing deal I was stalled by the salesman and they then changed the price online and in store result in me not being able to purchase the TV, even though the article was crystal clear.
I made an online purchase which included part payment using my Smart Shopper rewards. Pick N Pay took payment off my credit card and the points off my Smart Shopper. PnP then cancelled my order with refund to my CC but did not refund my reward points and it appears their call center does not know how to correct this, how disappointing!!!! Was sent what looks like an automated reply that this would be addressed ASAP but the wait continues…….

Purchased a car this week which according to the seller was sent for service two days ago at KIA Motors Umhlanga and unfortunately was returned with NO SPARE TYRE, JACK AND FOAM SPACE SAVER which is very disappointing because I cannot get my COR done to register my car!! Very Disappointing
