Can't complain about the service because there is none. I asked them to change my WIFI to my new address on the 20th February 2026. i am still waiting for it to go on line. After a number of call, where every Tom, **** and Vumatel are blamed. Big mistake to have chosen Axxess as my supplier
I had an operation on the 22/11/2024. Just got the account R16081.70 from them and my Urologist only charged R8,843.55. Please tell me how they can charge twice as much? And after the operation I suffered from the after effects of their great new system for a week.
On the first of October 2024 I was overcharged. They have accepted that they are at fault. But I am still waiting for my refund. They are quick to take my money but very slow to correct their mistake
I have had Axxess for a week. They were very good from the time I app**** till I was up and running. I would recommend them as a Fibre supplier anyday. They kept me in the loop all the time even though they had to have the fibre connected to my house. I was able to watch a full rugby match today without it stopping to download.
I was on Rain for almost 4 years and found that I could never watch a full rugby match without it going blank while it was downloading, i was lucky if i saw 50% of the match. I can't believe i endured such weak service so long. I have just recently got fibre and today for the first time i was able to watch the two rugby matches without any interuption. What a pleasure. Don't be satisfied with anything less.
Still trying to open an investment account. Every month it is a problem. Where were the days you were to do it online. They are going backwards. very worried about my money.
I tried for 5 days to open an investment account but kept getting an error. I finally phoned and again no joy. They eventually phoned me on Saturday morning. After speaking to 3 different people and verifying myself with every person I finally got the account opened. Another 30 minutes. I am terrified that my money is in the hands of the people I spoke to.
I resigned on Ist December 2022 and the payment for December was taken off my account. They are not willing to give me a letter stating that my final date was 31st December 2022. I have made endless phone calls and e-mails to a Jessie Vallavunthram. They are very willing to take your money, but no response to your problem.
I have got 3 matters with SARS and have a heap of numbers. Because each time I Phone in it just get's passed on and then i get a new number. Where do I go to get help.
I got a letter stating that my insurance is going up by 24.89%. then I spoke to them and they then review it and still the increase of 8.902% is crazy. Nothing has changed except that my cars are a year older and that the amount they would have to pay out has decreased.
