Absolutely ridiculous, to think that you missed your ct card payment by one day of 800 rand and they block your credit facility.... definitely will be closing my account down with them. Not worth the hassle to be a top tier bank client and then having to find out your facility was blocked without warning because your 800 payment was late :D discovery bank just lost a client.
Great experience with Ric from 4evatech ordered a gamesir x2 pro and it was delivered with a little bit of an issue with aramex and customs which ric sorted out asap. Will gladly support them again great service and aftersales care.
Every year with the health check vitality deducts me points because of their stupid usage of the BMI system which is highly unaccurate, i sit with 10-12 % bodyfat year round excercise 6 times a week and eat healthy 85 % of the year. But still im rated as obese this is highly ridiculous and quite frankly im tired of this inaccurate analysis by discovery. Honestly i dont think ill be staying with vitality and discovery much longer as its the same #### every year.

Please dont buy a huawei phone you will save yourself lots of heart ache and problems along the line, i tried to replace my battery on my huawei mate 20 pro with huawei melrose arch as they are supposed to be running a special on battery replacements and guess what they dont have stock and they dont want to order the battery unless you book in your phone meaning you will be without a phone for at least a week and have to drive up and down, also dont try to replace the battery yourself as it is paired with the pc board and wont boot up. Also dont try to call their service centre as they do t even know what is going on and gives mis information. Me personally am done with huawei and will never support them again.
So once again atrocious service by fnb, seems that being a customer with them for 10 plus years never defaulting on any payments never missing payments and paying a 20 year homeloan back in 2 years, does not mean anything to them, i have applied for another homeloan with fnb more than a month ago and am still waiting for an answer, the junior consultant assigned to the application doesnt seem to know what is going on at all and keeps blaming the credit department, i am at the point of moving all my facilities with fnb to another bank as i cannot continue to receive such an appauling level of service. If this does not get resolved before the end of this week i will be lookong for another bank that wants to do business.
I placed an order with takealot.com almost 2 weeks ago. it got delivered on the 29th of may which was perfect timing. then I found that the items in my package was wrong. only one of my items was correct. the other 2 was just missing. I have logged numerous tickets with takealot and repsonded to en email on saturday the 30th of may and no one has come back to me. this is really rubbish service which seems to becoming the norm for takealot.
SO in trying to have a Debit order flagged as FRAUD on my account Ive been passed around from department to department with not a single person knowing what the hell is going on. So to make matters worse I still have not been able to reverse my Debit orders. Thanks FNB for being utterly useless and to provide no help whatsoever. As soon as this lock down is done i will be closing my account including all my loans and home loans with them. Really really dissappointed everytime I need to contact them this is the end result.
So a couple of months after trying to resolve this matter in a civilized way they still have not come to sort out the issues raised with them. And they try to bargain that they would only come and fix the issues once the reviews are removed.
