I made an immediate transfer on Thursday to my partners Standard bank account yet its Saturday and the funds aren’t reflecting in her account yet We have went to STB and they say no transaction is reflecting on their side We went to Capitec and they told me to call from the app yet on 3 occasions they hung up on me and didnt bother calling back I am being sent from pillar to post and I urgently need that momey
I have since ordered my sons chronic medication on the 29/01 however it is still not delivered This is poor service and life threatening for my son as i am now blocked and cannot order more from my medical aid.... Please urgently get this delivered today MedExpress
I have been trying to make arrangements to pay my overdue credit card yet each time I contact standard bank they tell me my account is handed over to MBD although when I contact MBD they say that the account is not with them. This is not right as it is affecting me, I was not able to pay it as I unemployed however now that I am I would like to pay so that even my credit record becomes clean
I had made an arrangement with MBD Legal to pay off my account and had been paying R750, in December 2021 the payment was R501 which from my understanding is supposed to have been my last payment i check the site just now and i have an outstanding R53... What is this for as all payments are now made why make me pay R53 when it could have been added to the R501 payment
I am very unhappy with the level of service i received from KFC Bedford gardens. I placed an order of which i waited over 30minutes for ,the cashier was so unprofessional as she dragged her feet and did not take customers as a priority, i requested to cancel the order yet the manager himself did not even bother to attend to my request. I think this kfc should be shut down or new management be put in place. I was not the only unhappy customer and some that where standing in line to place an order even turned back This kfc does not take their customers to heart let alone take their complaints seriously
I bought a Doogee x20 and about 2 months later the phone stopped charging and instead every time i charged it a red light was flashin i took the phone in for repairs and it took a month to get it back however when i got it back the same problem happened its been 2 weeks and they keep telling me the phone is not back... i am very unhappy as i use the phone for business and its affectin me
Was at kfc rynfield for a drive through WOW talk about a sit through, the service is so appalling. It takes a whole 30 min to 45 min to recieve your order and whats worse is that the staff dont care as they are more interested in having a conversation amoungst themselves rather than servicing customers
I bought a Tecno W2 phone at a PEP CELL at East Rand Mall now known as East Point on the 06/02/2018 at 18:38. I am currently unhappy with the phone as the GPS on the phone does not work. I am a Taxify driver and the GPS is very essential to me as I need it for work. For instance I add a destination of where I am going and it shows the directions however when driving the GPS does not proceed to the destination but rather stays at the point that i started at so meaning I get lost. I went into the store and advised them of this and was told that there is nothing they can do as the phone is in good working condition. I am still within my 7 days of buying the phone and firmly believe that i am entitled to a refund or exchange, I have no problem with the phone however due to the GPS not functioning as it should and affecting my work please assist as to what I need to do from here
I did an upgrade with cell c recieved my phone on a Thursday 7/05/2015 with the phone came a nano sim card which on the delivery note said would be active within 24 hours. On friday after the 24 hours had gone by I called and was advised that I needed 2 call, ok that was understood however the agent then said they would log a case to get the correct department to call me back, I insisted that I would call the following day (Saturday) which I did as was advised that the department would be open I have since been calling abd I have bn passed from department to department yet my sim is still not active, I am still unable to use my phone and no one has called me back as was promised.... I would like this phone to b collected as I am unable to use it and am now fed up with having to call! I will stay with my current contract till it expires in July then cancell my contract with cell c and go to another network! I am a paying customer and for me not to be able to be provided with the service im entitled to is just utter bullshit
