Superb, swift and efficient service! My application was submitted on the 25th and I had my new disc on the 31st! No long waiting period and totally worth the fee I paid!

I have been complaining to the MWeb Tech Department about my network speed since Sunday, 18 May 2025. On Sunday, I spent an hour on my cellphone with technical support, unplugging this, rebooting that, and everything else. Eventually, they "discovered" that the problem was not a technical one but had something to do with the way my package was delivered by Vumatel. I was then informed that my matter would be escalated to Sales Support, who does not work on weekends, but who would attend to the matter first thing Monday morning, as it was escalated by "my manager". I was also told that a call-back was scheduled and that I would hear from sales support on Monday, either via call or email. I was assured that the matter would be resolved within 48 hours. Monday morning passed, and after 13h00 on Monday, with no communication received, I called again, only to be told that there was no evidence that my matter had been addressed yet. When I demanded to speak to a manager, I was informed that my matter is again being escalated and that I would be contacted. Again nothing happened. Sucker that I am I dutifully called again on Tuesday after 13h00 and only THEN was my matter escalated to Vumatel for resolution. (I received a mail from Vumatel notifying me that my matter was reported). I have spent approximately 2,5 hours on calls to MWeb and my matter is still not resolved!!! I received an email from Vumatel today at 10h51 informing me that my matter is resolved, while NOTHING HAS CHANGED! The problem? I pay for 200MB up and down fibre connection, while I am currently receiving ONLY 40MB download and 42MB upload speed! This was tested with a LAN cable plugged directly into my laptop from the fibre box. Can anyone provide me with the number of a senior person at MWeb whom I can contact urgently to resolve this matter? I send huge documents overseas and now have to leave the comfort of my home to go and send documents from an internet cafe!

I am impressed with the ease and simplicity of the application process. Email responses were swift and the paperwork was minimal. I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time but understand that it is the time of year when furniture stores are busy. Overall, it was a seamless and quick transaction!

An internet scam company soliciting people to register and market their scam business after getting you to send their fake marketing material to your contacts after promising earnings.
I placed an order on 10 November 2019 and up to today, (19 November 2019), my order shows "awaiting fulfillment". I have sent 2 e-mails querying this, but they do not even bother to respond. This is beginning to look more and more like a scam to me. I regularly order from overseas online shops and they have better delivery and customer care than this!
