Called to follow up on my order and the Empangeni operator with an attitude asked me what about it. It's been an hour and a half since I ordered online.
I pay for a 24 hour a day service, today in my hometown this service was interrupted without notifying me for several hours. I demand a refund. If a refund is not granted, I will claim back the lost service hours another way. You have been notified publically.

If you want to know the definition of useless, try and resolve a policy claim. Customer support, like all south african customer support systems, setup so that your call get transferred and not get any support. Got RCS to phone them and they gave RCS the run around as well.
Prior to buying a vehicle I got a R10k discount from the owner for a new Renault. Got a 9% interest rate from the bank. When I went to sign the papers it was raised to 9.5% and guess what, that 0.5% is exactly the R10k discount I got. I queried this but I got no response either from Tangawizi motors or Wesbank. Just bluntly refused to return my emails. Then, 3 weeks after I received the vehicle, and still another month before my first installment, my interest was lifted to 9.75%.

Bad news. I put in a claim for natural damages to my wendyhouse. They send out the company responsible for repairs and/ or replacement, which meant I am covered. Nothing happened for a month, no call, no communication, no email, so I had to phone them. Surprisingly the claim was denied because hear this, it was too expensive to replace or repair, so all of a sudden I had no cover.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY. YOU WILL BE ROBBED. DECLINES EVERYTHING, EVEN AFTER APPROVAL DECLINED MY CLAIM WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME.
