CSP Group took over an unfinished house project for us in a rural area, that was <30% complete after 3 previous contractors worked on the site and walked away. Everything there was a mess: the roof was installed upside down (IBR), the water and gas plumbing was non-existent with pipes ending blindly in the floors’ slab and the electrical wiring was a disaster. Ernest Strachan and his team committed themselves to complete the project to attain municipal standards and to the specifications of the owner. They exceeded all expectations in spite of numerous setbacks (new “disasters” that they found as they went along) and weeks and weeks of rain, as well as supplies that were stolen from the site. They were honest, hard-working and always open for discussion and also did a lot of extras free of charge that were not quoted for. They provided continual feedback on the progress of the project and were reliable and used their own initiative to add finishing touches that really added something special to the house. We would not hesitate to recommend Ernest and his team, especially Quinton, for any project, big or small.
Johan Swart, owner of Gas and Solar Appliances, 60 Kroep Street Modimolle, is a thief and the most dishonest person to deal with. His work quality is extremely poor and when you want to cancel an installation contract, due to this and after paying for all the equipment upfront, he demands thousands and thousands of Rand extra to release your property. Then also he only gives you a small part of what you paid for and says you are welcome to sue him for the rest.\ If I could give a "minus" rating, I would.
I am appalled by Game to coerce people to get vaccinated by only giving the "fully vaccinated" 10% discount on Wednesdays. Our country has so many poor people who could benefit from 10% discount on needed products, and to require "full vaccination" to qualify for this, I find totally despicable. You, Game, will not get another cent from me or my family.
We order quite regularly from Amazon.com. They now use Aramex as their courier partner in South Africa. What a pleasure! Every parcel has thus far arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date and everytime the driver has made a special effort to deliver it at a time that would suit me. They even offered to deliver at our nearest PostNet branch when I couldn't be at home for the delivery.
<p>I wanted to test drive a used Volvo XC60 yesterday, since I was really considering buying the car. The salesperson told me that I had to sign a liability form accepting to pay the first R17500.00 of the damage, should we be involved in an accident during the test drive. It is the first time that I have come accross such a high liability policyat any car dealership. She said that that is CMH's policy. I phoned the CMH Volvo branch at Silver Lakes thereafter, and they confirmed it. The salesperson said I must be grateful that they are honest, because other car dealers don't reveal this to a client prior to a test drive. Volvo South Africa lost a client for life.</p>

We moved to a new house in February 2015 and requested (online) that our Telkom telephone line and number be moved accordingly. Part of the online arrangement was that we would receive a free cordless handset from Telkom.<br> Since February we are unable to obtain the promised handset. Every time that we go to a Telkom shop we are told that the phones are very popular and are out of stock. They have even promised to phone us when they do get them again, with no luck.<br> Are we supposed to just forget about it, since it was a promotion for a free item, or can we still hope to get a phone?<br> <br>
I bought a Whirlpool french door fridge freezer from Dion Wired a few weeks ago. When the fridge was delivered, we noticed a big dent in the bottom drawer door. We contacted Mr Vernon Reddy, the salesperson at Dion Wired, who arranged for a replacement from Whirlpool. Mr Reddy kept us informed on the progress of our claim until Whirlpool contacted us for delivery of a new unit. Both Dion Wired and Whirlpool provided excellent customer service.

Hi, we bought a 100 GB pre-loaded data sim from Cell C and requested in the Cell C shop that we wanted access to our company's VPN. They gave us a form to fill out in order to request \unrestricted APN""; but since then it is impossible to connect - not only to the VPN; but also to the internet in general. The latter is possible on and off;but only when the APN on the router is set back to \""internet\"" instead of \""unrestricted\"".
