The best service ever!!! People need to run to this company!! I’ve worked in the insurance industry and this is the best
I bought a fridge in November which was delivered in December. The door doesn’t close and sent the company an email. A lady, Lee Anne requested for my address which I sent. I have been trying to follow up with no assistance. It’s been 2 weeks and still no communication.
The worst courier business ever. I had bad experience when Vodacom sent an upgrade phone and which took more than a week. Now they need to deliver my router from supersonic and they send a message saying they will deliver and they don’t. How are these people still in business??? It’s been over a week and nothing has been delivered and yet I keep getting messages that they have dispatched?
I tried twice to do a contract online and i got smses but no phone. I called numerous times and the lady i spoke was rude and told me it will happen when it happens. horrible service. I can go to MTN or other networks but ive been a vodacom customer for over 10 years.
The telemarketers called and sold a tablet to my mother, who is almost 80. She accepted the tablet, however, they delivered the laptop instead. Because this was not what she ordered, we were instructed to send it to Alberton and they will cancel everything. Janine Zackey from MTN in Alberton told my mother she cant help her because she is coming to the store with an attitude. However, the unit was handed to her. She took over a week to provide this IRMS number I had to call her every day for her to provide it. I called rewardsco and spoke to a Zandile Shezi at 086 123 6666 at 09:40 12/05/2022 who refused to give me her team leader and contact center managers' or email addresses for Grace Govender and Stefany Sigh. The process was followed even though it was the worst service in the world. This whole ordeal happened in January but the money is still being debited. Why is MTN stealing money from a pensioner and the staff is not even willing to help?
I have been trying to call Iwyze to add a risk and you hold for a very long time. It says you will speak to a consultant in 1 min, which then becomes 1 min and 30 secs, then moves to 1 min and 40 secs? I have been trying to get hold of them since last week. imagine if I was in an accident?
We called at Nando’s Rosebank and order 2 legs and they made 2 breasts. We ordered right before closing time and they decided to give us what was left. They were so sneaky because they did not even label chicken parts,as in “leg” or “breast”.The spinach ordered did not have salt or flavour. Horrible experience!
We ordered burgers and at first we thought they were raw but when we got new burgers, we realized it’s the patty. In the morning the breakfast was horrible and you pay R200 pp. When you go there, bring your own food!!! The hotel was better when it was part of the legacy group.
I had a shipment form overseas and no one called me to advise this. I called wanting to find out the whereabouts of my package. only to find out that my details were incorrect, we amended the details and still there was no further communication regarding the packaging. I called again and got through to Dimakatso Nthute who sent me the invoice. I made arrangement to pay at a specific day as this has dragged on for weeks. the company decided to send back my shipment with no communication and yet money was paid. I even sent emails to Daleen Smith with no response. Communication would have helped a great deal.
