Been following up my refund for tax return since last month 27th July 2023 still haven't received anything at all. Was issued a case number since I've submitted my supporting documents that was needed but no feedback. Calling everyday to hear the same story over and over "it will take 21 working days for the payout to be refunded" but ever since nothing happened. I have so many case numbers calling them and asking them when is my refund due but the same answer is given over and over. Is this really what SARS think of our hardworking money been taken from us? Bad service with no prompt correspondence
Good Day I'm writing this review regarding poor client service from the Western Cape Rental Housing Tribunal It has been almost a week since I have filed my complaint due to my Landlord that wants to evict me off the property Illegal/Unlawfully I have provided all necessary as requested over and over but no response from anyone at their offices. I have even been at their offices in Cape Town whereas I have spoken to one of their consultants who has given me advice with this whole scenario My Landlord has not given me formal notice with a valid notice period and wants to evict me from the property with the help of the police force. He is doing this unlawfully/illegal not giving me enough time to look for a vacant place. I dually understand that he wants to use the property as rebate in order to regain the funds that he has lost on the property but not giving me also not enough time for a vacant space to apply for and live at As explained in the documents/complaint that I have filed with the Rental Housing Tribunal I recently got retrenched from my work and my funds got depleted up until last month/year December 2020 I have been fully committed to pay every month the rental monies in full whereas I couldn't complete the full commitment for this month (January 2021) The owner has threaten me to withhold the keys of the property and has called on Police Services in order for me to vacate the property by end of this month 30 January 2021 where I have no family members or friends to go live at during my unemployment period All I want the owner to do is to give me a reasonable period in order to look for another place understanding that he doesn't want me on the premises due to non payment of rental for this month (January 2021) and wants some renovating to do on the property I have explained everything on documented evidence but no one seems to assist me in this matter even if I'm bound to be homeless month end no one seems to be bothered at Western Cape Rental Housing Tribunal to speak to the Landlord and be in contact with him and me Hope this email gets the attention of many more complaints that gets unresolved Regards, Christopher Smith 081 516 7615
Good Day I'm still awaiting feedback since last week regarding this matter 6EDC70125 that hasn't been resolve ever since last year 14 September 2020 Where is the customer service if there is no customer interaction so I must just guess that something is done but actually nothing Enough is enough I have been to graceful and gave enough time for you guys to sort out my credit profile and report cause everything shows negative on my side not giving me a good credit score and it affects me badly when recruiters and employers do a credit check on me it reflects bad This is affecting my future responsibilities as I can't apply for any work abroad or nationally I have promised this last time and I will do it by going public with this as news papers and media are hungry for this type of news Please respond promptly or you leave me no other choice Regards, Christopher Smith 081 516 7615
Been struggling with Nimble for the past 5 months now to clear my name from them and get my credit profile right. Ever since my insurance provider paid the monies owed unto them there has been no feedback from anyone at their company. Since 14 September 2020 my account was settle and they still ask me to ask my insurance provider for proof after we have provided them multiple times with proof. Nimble is a joke
I'm writing this review that Edgars still have not come back with any feedback regarding my account that was settled through the insurance which provided me with a reference number. The account was written off to due to retrenchment and the insurance sttled the matter. I'm still getting statements from Edgars and I was notified the account was handed over to another firm. This is reflecting bad on my credit score and makes my life difficult
Good Day Just experienced bad customer service from Telkom Mobile Ref: ********** 9 query still haven't been resolved Still awaiting for a Cindy Dlala that works on this issue to respond it's been a month since no response Management also no where to be reached and have to hold on forever to speak to an Agent that can assist (10 minutes)

<p>Yesterday I got a call from Credit Matters at first I was shocked to hear how much information that they had of me including my home address. Talking to their consultants was very painfull as they forced me to use their service even if it is going to cost me alot of money every month. Credit Matters has no right to call people and to force them to use their service stating and threatning if you don't use your service Creditors attorneys will get Court Orders against you if you and Credit Matters is the only people that can stop that from happening. They have no right to interfere with my interactions with my creditors and I have no interest in using their service. Why do they interfere with peoples money matters I didn't call them they called me so that is their way of saying and threatning me to use their service. I'm very disappointed in how they want to blame guilt on people and giving people an altimatum. If someone can just escalate this issue to someone with high authority it will help stop them calling people for using their service who is totally not interested. My money matters is my matters and no one else if I go to court let me be I will fight my fight I don't need services like this</p>
<p> I'm writing this review with the adverti*****t of Robertson Ads that's not encouraging children to eat there food but i fact to play with it. Is there anyway that Robertson or broadcasting this advert can discontinue due to the wrong message that is being used in the very offensive way. Not being unfair but I don't my children to be influenced with wrong messages being implemented in there lives</p> <p>Thanks for understanding </p>
