No network for more than 3 days
Since Saturday morning we do have network at Lulekani Phalaborwa and this is really inconveniencing us please Mtn do something about the coverage because its frustrating and some of us we working from home.

Close my loan account and refund me
It has been over 2 weeks since i settled my loan with Wesbank Cash Power loan but my account is still open and no refund has been made. I called them several times and all of them they tell me different stories. I am ****ed now because all i want is for them to close my account and refund what is due to me before they charge me for the next month. Money is reflecting on their system but they do not want to just close my account mxm which i do not understand why ...... I have sent them everything they need but someone does not want to do their job which is ****ing me off.

Close my account and refund me
It has been over 2 weeks since i settled my loan with Wesbank Cash Power loan but my account is still open and no refund has been made. Loan settled but account still open and no refund
I settled my loan with Wesbank cash power loan last week Tuesday and Thursday I called them to close my account and refund my money back but up to so far no refund and account is still open. I don't understand why it takes forever to refund me and close my account because if I was on arrears they will call me 10 times a day mxm. I phoned them several times and also written some emails but still no response.

Debiting without my concern
Last week i cancelled my policy with AllLife and requested them to stop the debit order on my account. But they went through and debited my account even after i have cancelled the policy. Can they refund me my money please.

Rude and unprofessional consultant
Yesterday a lady by the name Nokubonga Mkhize cell number 0649819871 insulted me on my whatsaap after i told her she does not have phone manners because she called me with 0310107016 and when i answer she was laughing like a ********** and i told her she must call me back when she has phone manners. To my surprise she took my number and went on whatsaap to insult me with her cell number 0649819871. I have her conversation on my whatsaap where she was swearing at me and telling me she will bewitch me. I suggest the management of this company should teach their employees manners and their staff should not whatsaap us that is rude. Please remove my number on your data base because i do not want to be associated with such stupidity.

Direct Axis loans Scam
I have settled my loan last week Tuesday and up to so far they have not closed my account. I sent them proof of my settlement payment and they went an debited my account again. Direct axis is a scam their interest are too much. If i had missed my payment they were going to call me every second but now just to close my account they taking forever. I took R50 000 last year in April and have paid for more than 11 Months but my settlement was R46275 which i do not understand. Its fine they have scammed me but can they close that account and refund me what is due to me please.
