I requested their services sometimes 3 months ago and paid a call out fee, they came and did half job, my filter has been out for months and it was part of the things that was wrong but they did not borther with it, i was under the impression that when they leave the fridge will be in 100% working condition. or if they need to go and buy the filter they will tell me when they can come back for that. they have been missing in action, even after few attempts to communicate with them on their watsapp and Email.
Can somebody please tell me how to contact Showmax, they have been debiting my Acc after I cancelled services and I can’t talk to anyone (watsapp 060 060 3788) they say I don’t have active services with them and I cancelled on my Showmax app as well, but they have been debiting my Acc
im beyond disappointed with telkom right now, No one seems to know what they are doing, i changed debit order date and bank with Pearl (Mo***eng i think), on the phone, Account numbers were updated accordingly, but they debited the wrong account, i called frustrated spoke to Bonginkosi Mngadi who gave me easy pay method, i went to Pic n pay countless times and that payment method never worked gave ERROR each time, HE FAILED TO MENTION TO ME OTHER PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE WITCH I COULD HAVE SWTCH TO, I called for the 3RD time spoke to Sibongile Radebe who promised to have corrected the Debit order date to the 20th as initially requested from Pearl, and she gave me the banking details ABSA to make an EFT, I Made EFT and yesterday 15th telkom came in to my account to debit 2 times the amount, firstly i dont get paid on the 15th, 2ndly i was promised that now the debit order is corrected to the 20th, and i had already manually paid what was outstanding so why double debit on a wrong day to top it off? this is a second debit order bouncing in my account which have already tinted my reputation at my bank and returned debit orders affect the application when one needs to apply for credit at the bank. i have been trying to get hold of the lady by the name of Sonto Cynthia Mdluli, who is handling the case with Ref: 78456545 with no luck, out of 5 attempts to call her, i got hold of her once and she promised to email the requirements and emailed a blank email with no information, i couldn't reply on that same email, i tried to call her multiple times to tell her there is no information on the email she sent and i was issued with a confirmation that she will get back to me 3 times thereafter. However she never got back to me. i am very disappointed with the service i received at Legal wise, it is horrible to say the least.
i don't know what to do anymore, firstly they make me wait over a week to get my order, secondly when i finally receive it. its stuff i never ordered and the things i waited for are not there, i contacted them and they make me send pictures and subject me to a series of back and forth questions which i patiently answered , and that's the last time i ever heard from them . new week started and no sign of receiving my items and my child need them for school, they are just not bothered, to them im just a number.
another week is ending tomorrow with my child still sitting at home and not learning while his peers are learning. i don't even know what to say anymore . i have ran out of words . this is by far the worst service anyone has ever received in the history of man kind. i really doubt there's anything that can top this. we are talking about a future of an innocent child here, and even that don't move them. SPARK SCHOOL, i wish i had read the reviews here before enrolling my child at school, i would have avoided a lot of issues in my life and i certainly would not have a child sitting at home not being able to attend school being denied his basic rights to Education by SPARK SCHOOLS, I have sent the proof of payment countless times and ask that they reconcile and tell me how much i owe so they can reinstate my child since December , i have been paying school in full according to my knowledge . this simple this i asked has still not being done other kids are learning while my child is sitting at home. MAUREEN received my emails but to this day no help from her, instead im being sent from pillar to post, emails not being replied to, calls not being picked up and going there is useless too. so anyone thinking of going there don't bother, they wont let you in and they will make you sign a peace of paper and promise to get back to you its been over 24 hours since i went and no one has gotten back to me.
i ordered some items online 29/03/2018 , they say they deliver within 7days, but its almost a month later and i still have not received my order , i called customer service 2 weeks after my order was placed to ask what is happening and i spoke to a gentlemen at their customer service department who told me ill get them but he doesnt know when, said theres been delays due to easter weekend, there were only 2 holidays in easter long weekend, but my order was already behind by a full week it had been 2 weeks since i placed that order, i mentioned that and asked him why dont they call to apologise for the dealys and asure me as their customer that they are sorrting it out, he told me NO because they just dont do that , they dont call customers about delays and apologise, ill get them when i do get them, i must just wait longer, little did i know that almost a month later i still wont have those items hence im here today, im disgusted with their service and i want everyone to know that they dont value us as their customers. i called the store in sandton and asked them about my order since its a click and collet type . they made me hold for so long looking for it , i hanged up after a while but they never bothered to call me back to let me know whether they have it or not. today as im typing this review its the 20th/04/2018 and i still dont have my order, im frustrated and dont know what to do.
so John Legen came and i entered to win tickets , i sent my video singing ordinary people and they later chose my video along with other few people and posted on their instagram and face book page that if you are one of those people on the mashed up video of ordinary people you can go to ticket pro and youll be given tickets to watch the sunday joburg show, they further said " curtsy of 947 and big concert" , i went there on sunday wasted my petrol money and dragged my friend with me and had to stop my husband who is an MBA student busy with Theses, from going to study because i needed him to look after my 3 young kids so i can go to the show, i was so excited only to get there and be sent away because there was no tickets for me, im not sure how other people on the video were contacted to be given thire tickets but i was not, and i seemed to be the only person stranded there , i called the station, NO REPLY, the gentlemen by the name of Theo from ticket pro tried to make calls to assist me he failled . he even contacted someone from Big concerts and we were not helped still, i called the station during the week and complained about this spoke to the lady called S'NE , she said shes the right person to speak to and till today i have never heard from her, no one apologised and explained anything to me to this day.
