I am long time uber customer, ordered a ride from Pretoria to Johannesburg, he dropped me off and I paid in cash. So a few days later I wanted to order, only to notice driver said i didnt pay and I now have an outstanding amount of R300 on my app. Notified Uber and nothing has been done, in the mean time i cannot use my app because I will not pay for something i already paid for. so frustrating, I do not recommend people use this app.
My mom got a call from homechoice, she said she needs to discuss with her husband before ordering, a day later they came to deliver, crazy. Anyway they said the total cost is R2999, she ended up paying R4000. Now she is getting smses that she still owes them. They are a **** of note, making money out of helpless old people. It is very disgusting. I hope no one buys there anymore.

Absolutely appauling service from this company, as a Dr I have ordered a blood pressure machine, its been 2 weeks and no delivery. During the course of this timeline, I have been promised delivery on 2 occasions, all lies. I will never make the mistake of ordering or supporting them again, what an inconvenience. Horrible service, now patient's blood pressure cannot be checked because of this long wait.
I have been a Momentum Myriad Policy holder for over 2yrs now, paying quite a bit per month. I've recently changed bank details which I clearly communicated this to them via email and got confirmation of the change, however its the 4th and I have not been debited, so I called to find out whats happening, to my shock I am told my policy has lapsed, and the last successful debit was May, NO COMMUNICATION OF SUCH WAS GIVEN, no email, no sms nothing!!! I guess after having paid so much over the past 2 yrs monthly works to their advantage, they got free cash with no claim and I have lost all of that money. By the way when I called to find this out I was transferred to Lapsed accounts department, I held for over 30mins only to be dropped. Called again, while speaking with an agent to put me through again, i was dropped again. When they want your business its all roses and sweetness, once they have you, THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Had i died, my family would not be covered. How sad is that!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I bought an S7 tablet with FNB 2 months ago, the S-pen became loose over the 2 months. 3 weeks ago I contact FNB to repair it, they then requested that I send both S-pen and tablet although the tablet worked 100%, so I did as they asked, 3 weeks later I still await it to be returned to me repaired, FNB sent it to their preferred and trusted repairers so it is their duty to keep me informed about how its going. I have had no correspondence whatsoever from FNB, I have to keep calling, I have been promised phone calls from managers to no avail. It ridiculous how a simple S-pen tip that is loose takes close to 3 weeks to fix, meanwhile I sit with no device to use for very important tasks. I am very disappointed in FNB connect and SSS Cellular (their repairer of choice). I am actually going to change banks to Nedbank or Standard bank, appalling service. I no longer want their tablet, they can keep it or replace it.
I'd like to report an incident of terrible manners with Lancet Medforum Hospital. I work at a medical practice at Medforum, as i walked in the passage I met a Lancet employee, of which i greeted with the intent of asking something work related about Lancet as we support them a lot. he blatantly walked passed me despite numerously trying to speak with him. I then called Lancet's office here at Medforum to report the issue, I specifically said I wont tell them the guy's name because my intention was not to get him in trouble, spoke with Rhonda who was so impatient and rude, apologized insincerely told me she's busy and said goodbye. Why is is so difficult to be nice and to represent your company in a good light. I am highly disappointed and feel very direspected.
I work at medical practice where we usually order takeaways, we don't order Nandos much because the orders usually come an hour after the specified delivery time. But yesterday i gave it a shot. Ordered on the app at Nando's Gezina. The food did not come on time as usual so i called the call centre they said the order is received so they will call the store and call me back of which they didn't. After that I could not get hold of anyone. SHOCKINGLY our food did not arrive AT ALL so the medical professionals had no lunch. Wow Nando's never ceases to amaze me. Trust me when I say I will never order there again, horrible disgusting service.
Earning a good salary, good standing.. Capitec bank Tramshed turned me back because by boss doesn't pay me on the exact same day monthly, date is set for the 15th but sometimes he pays slightly earlier or slightly later.. How terrible, to think i opened an account with them, and was willing to move my salary over to them. I am very upset by the way I was treated.
I got a call from Netstar saying my car alarm is going off because i park my car at work and use the work car so i tried to log on the app of which it was down so I called Netstar to check where my car is and they said they can't check.. My car is currently moving as it is, I have no idea who has it and where its going and they cant help me find out.. for this Netstar is terrible, i would not recommend it to anyone!!
