Liberty life is running a life Insurance ****, I was contact by a Liberty broker 20 years ago, He recommend a life policy, with no premium increase for the rest of my life, I was paying a high monthly premium not to have my premium increased. After 15 years I was contacted by Liberty Life, telling me they are busy reviewing my life policy and my monthly premium will increase by R730.00 per month, I contacted them and explained what policy I was signed up for, I was told with Liberty Life, Life means 15 years, this is how Liberty Life **** South Africans. Liberty Life have send me an email again, advise me that my premium will in crease again by R730.00 per month. This is how they make their money, force South Africans to cancel their policies because they can not afford it, That why their CEO award himself 60 million bonus every year, money he did not work for, increasing premiums to benefit his cadres. No cash back from Liberty Life, Discovery have Cash back every 5 years, shorter terms, to pay with life long cover. Stay away from Liberty Life, they are the worse Life insurer in South Africa.
Aramex South Africa the worse courier company in South Africa, Amazon orders arrive within 5 days of ordering in South Africa. Customs South Africa finalise the import within a day. Aramex takes between 10 and 15 days to deliver from Joburg to Cape Town. My shipment 2156094931 was cleared on 6 December 23, and is still in transit to Cape town. Amazon must get rid of the useless Aramex in South Africa.
Poor and Pathetic Customer Service, avoid buying from Takealot, Purchased a office chair from Takealot, delivery date 4 Dec 23. Chair not delivered still waiting asked to cancel order, consultant inform me that the order can not be cancelled as the item is packed and can only be cancelled when the product is despatched, I can not get a refund, they will credit my account and I can waste my time on buying something else that I do not need.My order number is 141428019. Afrihost pathetic service, have paid for a 200 MBPS line, speedtest 70 to 90 MBPS, sometimes as low as 30 MBPS. Vumatel promoted Fibre at our Estate, speed up to !000 MBPS. I upgraded to 500 MBPS, no change in internet speed. Contacted Afrihost, asked for 3 speedtests, they log a ticket with Vumatel, their technicians is too lazy to go and resolve the issue! I will motivate the Manager of the estate to kick Vumatel out of Boschenmeer. Estate. Afrihost continue to debit my account for 500 MBPS line. Ref VC-251023-364672.
Customer service at Wesbank worse than Eskom, I settled my account on 13 April 2023, paid Wesbank additional R362.00 to change the Natis Title Holder from Wesbank to myself. Six weeks have passed, and still waiting for Natis documents to be delivered. Will not do any business with Wesbank in the future.
Makro is not a wholesaler, they create the impression that they sell at wholesale prices, they are misleading the customers. They are more expensive than Woolworths with a lot of their items, sensodyne tooth paste R5.00, listerine R5.00 and lots more items including vitamins etc more expensive. Iam not surprise to see less customers at Makro.

Wesbank not serious to service their customers. I settle my personal vehicle 30 months before the contract settlement date. I have a vehicle finance on my business and bought and settled many vehicles before the contract settlement date. I applied for finance for another vehicle with 75% deposit on the luxury vehicle. My reference for the application that was pre- approved WBM22534424. The Dealership informed me that their is a problem with the trade in, as they do not have a M&M number and the application for the new vehicle is declined. This is the same vehicle that was financed by Wesbank. I have instructed the Dealer to take my business to Wesbank's competitors. Going forward, they will not have any of my business.
Ivan Salzman must go to Hell with Dis -Chem, I spend an average of R5000.00 per month at Dis-Chem, one of the reasons I support Dis-Chem is that they employe white, black and brown chemists. Clicks got rid of the majority white chemists, and for that reason I supported Dis-Chem. Salzman wealth was created by whites, When you visit a Dis-Chem less than 10% of the customers is black. The whites is not the reason that the black community grew by 24 million the last 25 years. Salzman must take his money and educate communities not to breed them selfs into poverty. The goverments R720 grant encourage people to have children. The writing is on the wall Salzman, the ANC or EFF will nationalise your Dis-Chem in the near future. I will go and spend my money on a owner chemist, even if I pay more. You have no morals, go and burn in Hell!!!
