JLB Construction & maintenance I want to take this time to commend Jannie and his team John and Rasta for the exceptional hard work that they do they are very professional and know their trade with their knowledge and handyman skills the past 5 years they have been assisting me with Rhino lining and replaster and also concrete walls plastering with skill , fixed my huge sliding security gate ,replanted the poles and installed a new railway for the gate , leveling my garage floor , welding jobs , these guys does it all !!! , they are hard working , trust worthy and very professional when the job is done the area is clean , Always a happy customer Thank you Guys that i can always count on you
Stay far far away i bought 36 square meters PVC interlocking tiles Black color from these people (add on facebook marketplace) when upon DIY installation the tiles are different colors (Black ,light grey and darkish grey) and when queried with the PVZ Sebenza Trading Services PTY LTD Chrizane , the cant provide a refund or any other services to aid the customer , Iam warning you stay Far away these people are ****** I did inform them i will take legal action and they have blocked me on Facebook so i cant report them

I went to supaquick menlyn for a quote for 4 new tyres , got a nice deal on Dunlop's , i went back after 2 days to pay and fit as i needed to sort out my financials , my tires was sold ,but JP organized the tires and i left my car there for everything to be done , in no time i was phoned and my new tires was fitted , balancing and alignment done ,i think your slogan must be faster than flash ! , Thank you all at supa quick for the super fast, friendly and professional service
Good day I am going to be 110% honest as i do with all my reviews I simply cant believe in 2023 in out time and era Exceptionally Excellent service like this exists still in SA From the ladies that greet you professionally and with a processional way explaining everything in detail and booking in your vehicle and providing more options that is so convenient , wheel alignment , and also a polishing service The courtesy's drop off service I was Amazed.. these guys dont need a GPS they have google build into their minds the satisfactory of having my car repaired without any concerns knowing my car is getting the best of the business repairing my vehicle Lets get down to business , I had an incident where I did take my Vehicle to a Dealership also a CMH branch that i am not going to name and shame for their bad service and the way they have cased cosmetic damage to my vehicle and cant assist me with a loan car and need 3 days to strip shock to diagnose and find the problem with the knocking sound in my car I have phoned CMH Mazda Hatfield on 4th October 2023 explaining the challenges i face as I need a car to take my son to school and provide transport for my wife and myself to work as The other CMH branch could not assist ... The lady AT CMH Hatfield did take down my details and said she will have a word with the manager and see how they can accommodate me . being sceptic i thought nobody will be able to assist me .. was a few minutes my phone wrang and the lady did ask when i can come to the dealership and I have made arrangements to goo on the 5th as they have a loan vehicle for me , I was shocked at this to know that there is still people that actually care I did meet the Branch manager Eugene Oberholzer and he was professional and explain that he has made a plan to assist me with a loan vehicle that gives me peace of mind to assist my family with transport I was BLOLWN away I left and went back to work with the loan car , as I did go on with my life i was phoned by Eugene that they have found the problem its both my front shocks and they needed to be ordered in ,knowing that in SA all dealerships are expressive and my extended mother plan with my 3rd party doesnt cover shocks I know I am going to cry ,the quote was given to me knowing that I need OEM shocks as I want the dealership top fix my car and not a RMI approved mechanic , nothing against them But i know from experience these RMI approved workshops will never be able to provide a better part than OEM and the skill that a dealership mechanic has of the cars they work on every day , i asked for a discount , come on this is SA we need some leftovers for a dop and chop , The manager Eugene said he will try ang get me some discount , he will phone me back later ,awaiting for the call i received back in no time the price was decreased and manageable for me to pay happily for a OEM product , Approved the quote and they have ordered the parts and on 10 October I was phoned that my car was ready for collection , I went to the branch paid my account and was so happy to see my car ,my car was super clean inside and out and drives like a new car , the old shocks was in the boot I have tested them and they are beyond done I really would recommend this dealership as my car is 5 years old and like to keep it on its regular services and in excellent condition ,they really went the extra mile for me as I was treated with respect and unbelievable excellent service I would like to start thanking the ladies at reception for they friendliness and the way they treat customers as I have sit and observe like I asway do to see how staff treat they customers Thank you and keep up the professionalism and excellent work you are the face of the dealership and you take pride in what you do , Thank you To the driver that drove me to work the 1st time i took my Car for its annual service a few months back I dont know your name but you my man are a genius to know the roads like the palm of you hands , Thank you for giving me a smooth ride in that CX60 will own one Definity as that car rides so smooth To the mechanic that fixed my car , my friend for repairing my car and making my cx3 driving like the 1st time i drove it off the dealership floor your skill and professionalism is highly appreciated , Thank you To the Manager Eugene you are a Superhero you have gone the extra mile and is a huge asset as you provided me with feedback and help when i needed it the most , I Thank God for all you people hoe has assister me in my time of need , may you all have a Awesome name and keep up the excellent work Again Thank you All so much !
last year I bought a Samsung tab A8 for my sons birthday , spender extra on a screen protector and a rugged cover , i have been having constant problems with the tablet with random reboots while trying to view anything on YouTube or while an app updates I have booked the tablet back fort a replacement as it was still under warranty , trying to get the issue resolved and the process to be completed sooner I asked for a refund or exchange , so they credited me so I wanted to get a new same model tablet that is now R500 more and I lost the screen protector and sitting now with a rugged cover worth R450 I have escalated to takealots ceo as well and now iam being ghosted , Thank you alot takealot , Please people dont buy electronics from takealot as when it breaks just imagine the face of your child and the disappointment and the leadership from a huge retailer like takealot well iwas expecting results , what a shame will be **** my business elseware , this is by far the worst experience i had buying high value electronics and after service , ghosting a client in 2023 , well i have send emails again and again still no answer ... i really want to tell the CEO in his face what i think of him and his company after i have the experience of disappointment from my child

I have phoned MTN as my contract was scheduled for a review I have decided to change to pay as you go basically cancelling my contract until the Samsung S23 arrives as there isn't a handset available on the market that i am interested in , the retentions department did tell me because Iam a loyal customer for over 10 years they want to keep me onboard and I decided to talked the package Mega Gigs XS until they have the handset available that is R79pm, yesterday my debit order deducted R1163.12 I did phone the call centre at 10pm they said they can see the problem so definitely someone did not do their job , so they insisted i must phone today 02/02/2023 , this is absolutely pathetic customer service and I will follow up as I want my recordings as proof , i will go to the bank and reverse the debit order and keep the recordings as proof and provide it to my legal representative as this is unnecessary drama as i must take time off from work to resolve this issue , absolutely unacceptable , MTN must phone me and go through my contracts /profiles iam frustrated I cant believe in 2023 this is the customer service Please sort this out Today , my money is hard earned you gave you the authority to continue with my old contract how can i still be paying full amount for handsets when the contract has expired and have been renewed for a different contract What the hell!? I need all my recordings
I am very disappointed in a product bought , the Milex - 11 Litre Hurricane Air Fryer after 6 months using it 2/3 times per week , the glass bowel cracked from the bottom upwards making food for my toddler , I have send the product back because it shows it is a bad product lasting only six months , i work hard for my money and now it gets rejected for a replacement i don't even want my money back i need a replacement as the air fryer is convent to make food for my toddler , feedback on takealot is Return declined after product evaluation. Please refer to the latest email communication for more information - no email was sent i will never buy a milex product again .if i had damaged the product myself then fine... I will be responsible to have it repaired on my own cost , the Glass bowel started to crack from the bottom center ring insert upwards , so how do you explain that not being defective weak manufacturing design as i can see on milex site you can buy the bowel for R400 "and its sold OUT" so every 6 months i must buy a new bowel because of a weak manufacturing design? , so this model air fryer will cost me R800 extra a year to replace the glass bowel ?
I want to take this opportunity as this review is long overdue to Thank Mr Adriaan Praeg who assisted me and provided Exceptionally honest and professional workmanship in repairing my washing machine 06/01/2022 , Defy you have a very skilled professional Technician this country need more skilled technicians like Mr Adriaan, what i can say is I had a technician out 5 times to fix my machine and was not possible as i had short and leakages after every repair time it got worst ,but when Adriaan was appointed to my repair He sorted my problem out quickly and professionally , i will suggest Defy to give this man a reward or maybe a opportunity to provide training to other technicians to carry out professional work as he deserves it , Thank you Adriaan
