Eskom technicians under Abaqulusi municipality take money from community members per household during their callouts to fix electricity. Is it the community's responsibility to pay Eskom technicians when they come out to work? Or they are taking advantage of elders in these ruaral areas? What nonsense is this? I am in Nceceni Reserve in Bloodriver, they just did this now.
I placed an online order with Makro Strubensvalley, delivery was expected on the 2nd of Dec. I hot a text that they will deliver on the 1st but they will call to check my availability. They did not call. I called to notify that I am not home and delivery should take place on the 2nd as the app says because I was not home. Till today my order has not arrived, they don't answer their phones. I called the national customer care, still no movement. What the hell is this??
My car is going to sleep at VW today because these guys gave VW the back and forth when they claimed for my service. I hate having to fight when I have been a loyal customer that does not skip premiums! Thanks to Malakia because I have had to take over from VW and get the claim approved myself because what the hell??? So this guy checked the claim and realised its valid and all the documents they had requested were submitted and he approved it. Companies like this give us sleepless nights man! I have so much respect for Wesbank, but this nonsense, I will not tolerate!
I just purchased a family fiesta at KFC Jackal Creen Corner in Northriding and they only gave me 6 pieces of white meat. The way I feel undermined, I am so mad. Not even a single drum or wing. All white meat and its at night I would have driven back to return it.
I called in for review on my premium because I had already received a mail that it's hiking. My call was taken by Theron, very friendly and patient guy because I had many questions. I was feeling sad that I might have to leave A&G, but boy did Theron not do the magic...Thank you A&G!
I placed an order online via pnp asap this morning, the total over a thousand rands. The driver called to confirm the complex name, i provided it. He never set foot here but on the app the order is marked as delivered. I called the support centre, still waiting for my refund or a call from dispatch. None of the above has been actioned!

Kholeka from Iwyze is rude. A client has every right to ask questions about their cover and receive proper answers, not what she did. I will never tolerate rudeness from anyone. I have never claimed from this insurance and I asked a question and this person thought she should educate me about investments and further diagnosed me psycholpgically. What the hell??
Thought I should pop in and say Big Ups to my car insurance company for speeding up the claim process and authorising the repairer. I was quite frustrated at first but they have put me at ease thus far. Much appreciated Team A&G! Keep doing great things!
