Bad delivery - disgusting service
I asked the driver to call me from the gate when he deilvers. Probably didnt have airtime to call so took my entire monthly grocery shopping order back. Then we will now have to wait for them to credit us to buy groceries. 191878384A

Harassment over account
Bergman Ross and Partners. I asked them to give me one month to submit my account to the medical aid, if the medical aid does not pay I will follow up and resolve. The blacklisted me before the one month was up and did not give me an opportunity to resolve. They also harassed me non stop even though I asked to give me a chance for the medical aid to respond. Very terrible service

VuyoV@miway.co.za is rude and arrogant. BE AWARE OF MIWAY AND THEIR GROUP
[04/12, 07:54] Angie 🌸: I've been with MiWay Insurance for years. Never had a claim. For the first time recently I had to submit a claim and the manner in which they handled it was with such a lack of openness and transparency that I will never use MiWay again. If you are with MiWay I just wanted to raise awareness that I've done some research and they are one of the worst Insurances and their group to have a policy with. Just though that I would share this with you. I'm the primary driver and David secondary driver that was on the policy and now they refuse to cover the claim because the secondary driver was driving and I have fully comprehensive insurance. I sent them his licence and asked them to add him as a driver on my policy. VuyoV@miway.co.za is a **** and an extremely arrogant individual. He told me that he was closing my claim before he had even presented it to the committee??? If you ever have a small claim like me, be aware that Miway will lie and tell you that they want to contact family and friends to determine the condition of the vehicle before the accident but instead will ask them personal questions that you did not consent to, intimidate your witnesses and go against the POPIA ACT. BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL INVESTIGATE YOUR LIFE IN ORDER TO DENY YOUR CLAIM I put my concerns out to social media and the feedback from numerous people including tow trucks and panel beaters is that MiWay is one of the worst Insurances to ever use. Harrassment by Macroberts Attorneys
MacRoberts Attorneys are the most incompetant peope ever. They offered me a settlement. I took it and settled my account. I have asked them numerous times for a settlemet letter. They have not provided. They keep on harrassing me on email, mesages and telephiniclly. They have not updated my credit rating. The lady hang up on me on today while explining this to her. My lawyer has sent them emails and spoken to them and still...pathethic and harrassment!!!!

Thabo Mosheledi - Incompetance at Carstenhof/Carstenview Life
I almost died at Life Carstenhof/view. I requested a meeting with Thabo Mosheledi the Hospital Manager. He already told me that he disputes everything I am saying when he had not even conducted a full investigation. He fell asleep while I was talking to him. There is video of their negligence. I have witnesses and this Thabo is so nonchalent and incompetant. He probaably woulld be hapy if I died from no oxygen in the oxygen tank. His reponse was, it happens! Dont go there, you can die, I almost did. Their regional manager Johan Holder did not even bother to acknowledge my emails.

FnB Law on Call
I have been with FnB law on call for a few years and have always recommended them but recently they have just been giving me the run around on a legal medical matter and of no help. Their legal assistance have become quite useless. I want to cancel this policy after many years.
