I am paying for my car but I have not been getting statements to monitor my account and the whole week last week I was calling and emailing them asking for a statement and they promise to send but till today I have not received it and now I don't know what to do anymore it seems my request is falling on deaf ears it like they don't care about their customers they are only interested in the money we are paying please help.
On the 30th I labyed a few items today I decide to go get it and to my dissapointment I could not get it they made excuse of the system crashing and couldn't not be able locate it they went to where lay yes were kept and they ended up calling each other and asked me to go and sit on the other side and then they decide to call me to cancel my laybye and refunded me full and the lady said they will look and call me but you could see they were just brushing off. I wanted those items and I'm very upset because I always laybye at ackermans but have never come across this problem. The ackersman I went to was the one in West Street next to woolworths.
They are not updating my ITC records and this is reflecting bad on my credit and I don't know what to do anymore.
I'm upset and stressed about the manner my account is being handled by MFC/Nedbank. They have not been updating my ITC records and they are not sending statements to keep track on my payments. When I check my ITC it still shows the amount from last year. I phoned them a lot of times and they tell me they will get the person handling my account to call me but that person has not been in contact with me. I emailed complaints department and they also did not respond. I don't know what to do anymore.
I am very upset with the way Homechoice agents that answer the phone on number 0861466324. They are very rude and when you ask for their names or to be transferred to their Supervisor they immediately close the phone on you. All I want is for the account to be clsoed as i have finished paying. Can somebody please do something and they need to teach their agents telephone manners. If this account does not get closed with immediate effect and if I don't get an apology I'm escalating this matter to the press and my lawyers. It teach them a thing or two on how to handle customers.
I am very happy and pleased with the service I am getting from Scorpion. I had a case with Cell C and since January and the person that was handling my case was K****tjo Ralele from Scorpion, she handled herself very well and professional even though I was a nuisance sometimes as I wanted this matter to be resolved and she did not complain no matter how many times I contacted her, I would like to invite more people to sing up with Scorpion as they can handle any kind of situation you might be faced with.
I've been a Cell Ccustomer for 19 years and things were ok and smooth however last year I had some problems and so Cell C decided to hand me over and I was paying my account through their debt collector. I finished paying in December to a total of R13000 and so when I called them in January they told me I have an outstaing amount of R1600 when I asked them what it was for no one could explain i was send from pillar to post with no one who would explain what was it for. This reflected bad on my credit record they even took away my numbers without informing me and so I referred the matter to my lawyers and since January we were fighting this matter and no one could explain. I ended up depressed and had to see my pyschiatrist and pyschologist and i had to pay out of my own pocket. Cell C played me very bad.
Cell C played me so bad, I was in arrears by up to 21k and so I made arrangements with them to pay monthly until the account was paid up and they permanently deactivated my accoutn and they said it would be reactivated when i was finished paying, this happened end June so I started paying in July 25 and I was paying 1k am nonth until November where I made arrangement for 7k to be deducted on the 25th of November and was left with 6.6k which was deducted on the 21st of Dewcember and on the 22nd of December i went to Cell C in Umlazi Mega City Durban the lady contacted TPHD the company that deals with reactivating numbers and they asked for a paid up letter i then contacted MBD debt collectors for Cell C and they promised to send the letter however it was not done soon i was at this store from 11h30 to 14h30 still there was no answer the lady by the name of Sisanda said i must have an affidavit of which I had and ID also of which I had and the paid up letter. Seeing that i was there long and on advise from Cell C they told me that maybe the paid up letter will come on the 27th I must come back then on the 27th I did not get the letter it only came on the 28th i quickly went to cELL c UMLAZI MEGA CITY only to find out that Sisanda was not at work and the lady I did not get her name was very rude to me there was no customer care from her side seeign that i paid all the money i was owing they did not care for me and so she went to call her manager and he did not help he told me the number has been given to someone and that person used a passport to get that number which is 0845340514 and so I assumed it was a foreigner and it was given on the 3rd of December and they said it would take 6 months so i was still within the 6 motnhs period, i don't understanding how can they just give my number to someone whilst i was still paying. To me Cell C has no care for the customers they only cae for what coems to them and if asked to go back to them I would never, they really did me bad, now i have to start with a new number.
They helped me be clear of debt review and now my credit score is increasing and looking good.
I would like to commend Chris Mac for the good services and manners he showed towards me, I would like to thank him very much for handled my matter, I had given up hope but the way he took care of things made me smile and be happy. I would recommend Z Fin to anyone who might have issues like me. Thank you very much.
