First it was a huge struggle to get my legal wise cancelled. Then after receiving a letter to confirm it was cancelled they still continued to take money from my account. Legal Wise, you guys really offer terrible service.
I have been with Afrihost for many years. Overall Afrihost is the best out of them all. The best is today I was helped by Vutisani and this guy was the absolute best I have even dealt with at Afrihost. Thank you!
For two months I tried to cancel this policy and they ignore my instructions. These debit orders bounced and the bank is charging me for this. Yet as a legal company you break the law. You are disgusting.
I made a D order on the dischem app. The address was wrong and contacted head office right away. The lady said its not a peoblem they will make sure its delivered to the correct address. But this never happened. The people at dischem cape gate did not read the instructions. I had to call the lady back and she said she will sort it out and get back to me. The next day I called again as she never called back. She then said they looking into it and will get back to me today. Again she did not come baack to me. Now nearly a week later and which should have bee a 60 min delivery, has not been delivered. I paaid for this already on the day. So I have no package and I have paid for it. Still nobody got back to me. This is shocking.
I was excited to deal with Cartrack as I have seen so many people being happy. At first my experience was great, the best service, but this was short lived, all because of the scheduling department. I was told they will contact me the same day. For 2 days I heard nothing from them and then received a call that the technician is at my door. But there was no appointment set! I spoke to the guy and said I work on the road and they must first arrange with me. The again I heard nothing. Then yesterday I called after 12pm. The guy said that there was a schedule for 8am and I wasnt there. So AGAIN they set an appointment without contacting me. No call, no sms, nothing. I explained to the guy I cannot do 8am as I work on the road and if they can help me at 10am on any other day. So he put me on hold. After nearly 10 minutes the phone just went dead. Then this morning I called in again. Then I was told I had a booking for 3pm. I told this guy as well I cannot do it. Then he told me well you cannot do 10am in the morning at all. He said I must stay at home from 10am to 4pm and see what happens. Really??? I work on the road!! I work for myself so I must lose R2000 for the day because you cannot give me a time? He then blamed me, saying that I do not communicate with them. Yet I am the one who keeps calling them. I asked him who gave permission to make appointments without consulting me or even sending me messages. He said they cannot see that info. Which I think is nonsense. I ended up telling him to just cancel as I really cannot struggle like this for a simple thing like a installation appointment. I am not spending more money on call to get service, this is nonsense, so please just cancel everything and do something about this terrible service from the scheduling department.
After more than a year of terrible customer service I want to cancel. But even this seems impossible. After spending hours on the phone, emails that are ignored, I am still waiting. It is impossible to get service from Netstar. The people you do speak to are rude. I get send from one department to another and then back again. Now I will simply do a stop order and remove the device myself. I am avail only on email unless I get the time to phone myself.
I am an Uber driver and needed to do a vehicle inspection again. I have always used Dekra in Brackenfell. As a driver I have to do things like this during specific hours or else I will lose to much money. So I went at 9am like I always do. But now suddenly their rules changed. They said they don't do it now. So I asked when a was told they not sure and that I must phone them every now and then and see if I can come in. Really? I am a driver and I drive all over Cape Town but you want me to phone you and then what drive at 200km per hour to just be there when you tell me. This is crazy.
Another bad experience with dischem health. AGAIN. AGAIN the same issue. I had unauthorised debits on my account that caused my dischem health premium debit to bounce. I instantly made contact and they were going to get back to me. Now today I had to call again since they not getting back. Now they tell me there is 'n way to make a payment and they will only do a debit order in a week and that I have no cover anymore. Like really? No other payment method. No cover? But yet they going to deduct the full premium in a week. I already lodged a complaint at the onbudsman. I am so sick of this terrible service from Dischem Health.
Again the same thing over and over. My wife had to urgently go to the doctor. We were on the phone for nearly 20 min to get authorization. We had to turn leave the authentication. Again the same story . Now what? Are you going to pay for it? For the Dr visit. Your service is really really bad.
Needed to go to the doctor and was on the phone for 40 minutes to get auth, but ended giving up. Phoned again later and again on the phone for 15 minutes and again gave up. Went to the doctor and tried again the next morning to phone, and the phones was engaged for long and again gave up. Now I have to pay for my dr visit. So is this the way Dischem Health get their clients to pay for the visits? I spend so much money trying to get hold of someone to get auth. This is really pathetic customer service.
