My daughter attended Accrede College discovery 2019-2021 she done Gr.1 to Gr.3,each year they told me that she needed extra lessons which cost as much as the school fees,she went every day for the lessons for an hour each day.I Took my daughter out of the school,only to now find out that my daughter is so far behind all the gr.4 students in her school.Accrede College has done nothing but Destroy my child's Intellect, Thank God for her current school who is helping her recover and become an A student.Accrede has unqualified people teaching kids,because the qualified ones have left.They became very nasty to my child because they found out that we were taking out of the school.The Owner is always drunk,and spends the school fees for his personal use.Disgusting
So I went to buy something for my daughter and I to eat,only to get home and there are no chips in my daughter's happy meal and only 1 cheese burger in my order.Im so disappointed. The worst part is there is no answer and online no where to complain
So I bought flowers and a snack attack box from Net florist for my mother in law who is in hospital,unfortunately due to the rise in Covid cases she was unable to receive anything from outside the hospital.Net florist then delivered the flowers to my house,the snack attack box was then shipped to be delivered the next day.Next thing I see an email stating it was signed and recieved by hubby.I call and speak to an Agent at Net florist who checks to see,no mam it was delivered to the hospital in Cape Town,Cape office calls Hubby no Sir it was delivered in Joburg.Agent assures me I shall receive it no later than 4:30pm Saturday 5th December 2020.I am currently still waiting.I am fuming, they didn't even have the audacity to call and say no delivery cant make it today.I want my order and if not I want my money back.This is Truly Pathetic Service and iam absolutely not pleased at all.
So I'm extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service which I recieved from 1 of their customer service consultant named Samukele.The best experience I have had.She answered all my questions,she kept me calm and reassured me that my problem will be dealt with.It was ,Thank you also to Temera she was absolutely outstanding. I will definently reccomend Planet54 to friends and family.Keep up the good work guys.You guys Rock
Can the whole world not operate like you guys,I absolutely love your app,your delivery is outstanding, your Covid19 protocols are outstanding and the fact that there are young coloured people from poor areas who are doing the deliveries is truly so phenomenal that you have given them a chance in life and clearly created jobs in these tough times.Thank you Takealot
Fix your services, its absolutely such a let down.Get home with incorrect order,then asked for a receipt which was thrown away,nobody gets back to you.
I am extremely mad,it is now the 3rd time I go and buy my kids and I McDonald's and get the complete wrong order.I have had enough honestly.Apart from that they are always extremely slow with there service, the drive through is a nightmare. I want my damn money back.They give my daughter the same toys all the time.so disappointed as my kids absolutely love McDonald's.
I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered,this is outrageous. They lie,the customer service guys are confused and dont know why the parcel has not been delivered.They dont contact you,they say they cant pick up your address or that nobody was home.im honestly disgusted.When exactly is someone going to do something about this Disgusting Service of there's.?I want my parcel delivered today and I will never recommend or use your services again.
