I canceled my fibre line with vodacom. I phoned over the weekend and asked that my line be released so I can change to another company. I was told to phone on Monday, which I did, I was told to release the line will take up to 48 working hours. When I phoned today I was told NO IT WILL BE RELEASED AFTER 3 TO 10 WORKING DAYS. I can't wait that long. I need wifi to work from home.
I upgraded end April, the lady that assisted me on line said that she will do a deal for me to add 500 minutes recurring monthly at R 78.26 per month and 10GB recurring data at R 82.78 per month. I am being billed for the 10GB data monthly but I am NOT receiving this data. I was also told by the sales person, that I am able to buy extra minutes during the month, and this can be done at anytime. Only to realize last month, that is a complete lie, you can add minutes, depending on what time of the monthly you buy, you will only be added pro rata, BUT WAIT FOR IT, YOU PAY FOR ALL THE MINUTES YOU BUY, BUT YOU ONLY GET PRO RATA, THE REST WILL BE ADDED IN THE NEW MONTH. This was not told to me. I am so unhappy with the service I am receiving from Vodacom, I will cancel all my contracts as they come to an end. Just a pity that I have upgraded 4 contracts in the last 6 months.
We were booked for 4 nights in The Point Hotel and Spa in Mosselbay. The first night we were bitten by bugs, at that time I thought it was mosquitos, the second night I realized that it was not mosquitos but bed bugs. I looked for other accommodation in Mosselbay for the remaining 2 nights, but could not find anything, we had to stay for a third night, it was the worst, me, my husband and my child (5 years old) was badly bitten by bed bugs, I refused to stay another night. We were badly bitten on our arms, legs and backs. We were itching the whole night. We had to inconveniently pack our bags, and drive through Mosselbay to look for a place to stay for 1 night. Luckily we were helped at the last minute and could find accommodation for 1 night. When we left and I looked under the beds if anything was left behind, I could not believe how dirty the room was, the floor was dirty and dusty and it seems that it was not cleaned for weeks. This is suppose to be a 4 star hotel, they do not even deserve 2 stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I did take this up with the reservation staff, I need to be refunded for the night I booked but did not stay over, due to the conditions at the hotel. My whole stay was a complete waste of money. I paid almost R 2500 per night. I was promised that the General Manager will come back to me. To date I have had no communication from the Hotel what so ever.

I have been paying my DSTV via EFT for the last 8 years. We relocated to a new house, and added 2 extra view decoders to my account. According to my October Statement I was paid to date. On November statement I am ahead with R 302, but my decoder was switched off. I got a message this morning from DSTV that they did not receive a payment of R 942. I have been on the phone with DSTV for 20 minutes now and the lady is incompetent. I want to know why do I owe you money? I was never behind on my account. I need this rectified with immediate effect.
I am applying for a homeloan. And according to the bank I have a dispute against my name from cell c. I am R2153 in arrears for a contract closed in end 2017. I have been trying to phone Cell C legal department for the past 3 working days just to have a voice message saying that they have a technical issue. According to the call centre I dont owe Cell C anything. Now I need to wait for a paid up letter which can take anything from 7 to 21 working days. That is just unacceptable. I need a paid up letter ASAP for a mistake Cell C made. I dont have 7 working days to wait for a paid up letter.
I applied for a 50Mbs line through the call centre, as a gentleman phoned me. We agreed on a 50Mbs for R 799 per month, my order nr SO210315-437368 Only after installation I realized on my application that I am on a 20Mbs Line month to month contract for R 799 per month, this is NOT what I agreed on. I have been trying to get a contract from Vodacom for the last 2 days, with no luck. I will not accept a 20Mbs Line for R 799 as this is not what I agreed on. I applied for a 50Mbs Line for R 799 and that is what I want. I need to have feedback today, I am still in my cool off period and have a right to cancel my contract as I am not satisfied, I was lied to by Vodacom after being a client for so many years. I need Vodacom to listen to the recordings and I want a copy of this as well as a copy of my contract.
I have 3 contracts with Vodacom, 2 are due for an upgrade. I phoned to cancel my contracts because MTN could give me a better deal. The one contract a deal match was done for me, and the deal was finalized, I specifically asked that the device gets delivered to my office and not at home, as nobody will be at home, but still my home address was given for delivery. The second contract due for an upgrade, I am still waiting for a deal match, as to my surprise, M Mabaso (at the retentions department in Randburg) decided that the device needs to be delivered to me with a contract I never agreed on. As a Red Premium client I really thought I would get better service from Vodacom. When I speak to the call centre, I get sent from pillar to post.
Me and my husband went to Game Kolenade in Pretoria on Wednesday morning to buy a fridge. Moses the sales man helped us, the payment was made and Moses promised us that delivery will happen on Thursday, it is Friday afternoon and still no fridge after Moses and Johanna the manager made promises the last was that the fridge will be delivered on Friday at 10 am.
My account was handed over, when I was notified of this I immediately made a full payment towards the attorneys, I received my paid up letter, Dec 2014 up until today this has not been rectified with the Credit Bureaus and now this affected my bond application
