Waiting for response from u and Vumatel. Two weeks no wifi. Lodge a complaint no joy
This company is pathetic. My grandson app**** for a line thru them. On Tuesday they received the box and was told it would be activated within 24 to 48 hours. Today is Saturday and nothing. I mean really and to top it all you speak to consultants and they keep promising it will be done and nothing. So who do we deal with now cause this is not acceptable and is this how u treat new clients? Not good for business
Have been clients with this company and have to say I have found their service outstanding. Thank you for the time we have had with your company and to the admin staff and the delivery guys thank you for always being so professional.
I had a car withEarn a Car/Pace. Last year September I asked for a settlement and upon receiving it I said i will wait for 6 months and saved like crazy.. Six months later I requested a settlement again only to be told the amount had been inflated by at least R40k and queired it again. It took over two weeks to get a new amount which was double the amount `i had received in September last year. Long story short I gave notice and cut my losess and returned the vehicle after the notice period. Suddenly the same month I received an invoice so I sent Lerato an email asking what is going on as I had returned the vehicle and have it in writing that I will not be liable for further payments - No response. A few weeks later I get another email threatening me cause I had not paid my vehicle so I sent emails to Lerato and yet again no response to any of my mails. I then sent Maggie an email asking for assistance as she was extremely helpful and next thing I get a mail from Lerato she will investigate. Few days later Lerato sent me an email saying she waiting on the contract to be cancelled and will revert back. Now a month later I am waiting for a response and confirmation that this contract is cancelled. Lerato has not bothered to answer my mails again and once more I have had to revert back to Maggie to try and assist me. This is totally unprofessional and not the way clients should be dealt with. My journey with this company has been so good until September last year and my regret is that I never settled last year and have now had to write off all the money I paid. Of course there is never anyone you can talk to.
Super experience used their service twice this month. Super easy website to book a parcel and keep track of your parcel. Friendly staff who picked up parcel and parcel was delivered on time. Highly recommend
My grandson is a gold member. Not once have they paid for his medicine. Not even a panado. I sent the script to customer care to ask if they pay still waiting for a response. Total waste of money and lack of sercixe
In 2017 I went under debt review. My accounts with fnb were suspended. So over the years I paid the debt off according to the court order and according to our records the debt was settled on Oct last year. Suddenly a ********** amount appears on our review and after going into the bank and several conversations with the councillor I get told the amount has been added due to 7 years of service fees with the bank. Firstly how can the amount just be added to the debt review without court order and secondly why was I never informed of this? We were told that our account was suspended and upon me enquiring this with the bank they confirmed the account was inactive so where do these fees come from?
In jan this year I was diagnosed with CLL which is a incurable cancer. I submitted my claim with the above company only to be rejected cause according to them my cancer is not at rhe right stage cancer is cancer and there is no cure for this. I lodged a complaint still waiting for response but very disappointed in them. You pay and pay but when it comes to claiming a different story. They bodly tell you you can complain and if you don't like their response go to ombudsman
So i go into Telecom on Saturday to get an upgrade on my cellphone, wonderful service from the staff, but I felt so sorry for the abuse these people were taking from customers as there is no stock. I mean really it is not their fault but bad management. Then I ask for my Xbox360 and guess what...NO FLIPPEN STOCK oh they had one but the deal i want, as advertised is to add it to my landline for R200 a month but the XBOX they have in the store is linked to some data thing and I can have it for R600.00 a month. NOW how silly i have ADSL I have cell phones with them why would I want to buy data to get the XBOX???? So they have put me a wait list and the manager will contact us OH PLEASE she was meant to contact me a month ago and the little response on the bottom of this comment we will contact you and here is your reference number does not work., three weeks ago someone was going to call me. I'm so disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for years. Maybe I should take the buyout option from opposition.
So we get the Telkom pamphlet 6 months ago stating that they have XBOX1 well you try and get one.. Always out of stock. You ask when you will be getting stock and they say they don't know cause Head office has to supply it. My question is why advertise it when you don't have stock. Then I get there in December and they have one but sorry not for the package I want. Im so fed up with Telkom and their false advertising maybe we should contact the advertising board and let them know about this. Im due for an upgrade next week and just know the answer \sorry no stock\". Totally fed up"
