They came to our place to do installation and we were told we will receive a call for the Customer Service. I waited to no avail I had to phone myself, the call center agent promise that people will came out and I am still waiting. I have been trying to get hold of anyone at Absa pension fund but every time I call, they will tell me that I must phone later or the person that is dealing with the pension fund is too busy to take my call. Cohen Aiden Meyer was supposed to attend a private school but because no one want to assist me, his at a school that do not even speak his language. I am really sadden by the fact that his late mother wanted the best for her son when it comes to his Education but because his pension fund don’t have time to assist us He must go to a school we never applied for. Good day My name is Nika Thomas Meyer I have two policies with old mutual one of the agents that open a policy for me made a mistake instead of putting my grandmother as grandmother he referred to my grandmother as my mother. I was trying to phone old mutual everyday but to no avail and if anything can happen to my grandmother than it will be my problem I am very disappointed in Old mutual and I regret open a policy with them. Good day I received calls from MultiChoice angents almost every day telling me I have to pay them for activating another account on multichoice. I was one month without DSTV because the amount I had to pay was more than the package I had, only the find out the miskate come from multichoice I am very saddened by this. Kind regards Nika
Good day My name is Ashwin Matthys I.D no 9004085459081 in August I swa an ad of house and home of a Hisense television. I want with my mother in store to see if I qualify for credit, I was given a sms no to see if I qualify. I received a call from their call centre to let me know that I do qualify. Giong with my mom to aplly for credit the saleman ask for the proper documents in order to start with the deal. Hence that iam working 6 days a week my mother was the person taking outstanding documents in store. We were told that the account dept will let us know if we qualify after a week. I ask my mother to phone cause at my workplace we not allowed to make calls or receive calls unless for emergency purposes. My mum was then told they need prove of employment. We supply them again with the contact details of my company. My mother was than given an email 052219@shoprite.co.za to call my employer asking them to communicate through email. Its almost 2 months now I feel house and home should have just told us in the first place we don't qualify instead sending us from pillar to post. On the 26th July 2019 I phoned Cell c customer service, to cancel my contract. I was asked all this question why I want to cancel. I told the agent that I recently bought a new house and I can’t afford to pay R485.00 every month. She told me there’s a cheaper contract I can take for only R30 per month. I agree cause it was only R30 per month. I asked her more than three time and she told me only R30 per month. On the 12th of August 2019 I receive a bill from Cell c stating that I have to pay R584.00. Cell c is saying the calls are been recorded please listen to the recording because why will I cancel a contract of R485.00 to pay R584.00. I regret ever taking a contract with Cell c.

Good day My name is Nika Thomas Meyer policy no. ********** 915. I did my R.A(Retirement Annuity) with Metropolitan February 2014 till February 2019 On the 1st February 2019, I phoned Germiston Metropolitan and spoke to a woman by the name of Bongi regarding my R.A. I told Bongi that i want to carry on with my payments, cause February 2017 i stopped my policy cause i could not make payment anymore. Bongi said I cant carry on cause I am in arrears of R8.800. She told me they never received any payment from me since February 2014. I phoned my HR department to send me proof off payment and forward it to metropolitan but no one want to assist me with this problem. I think someone took my money cause now no one wants to give me any feedback Kind regards Nika
<p>Good day</p> <p>Yesterday around 17H30 my brother and I arrived at Pick n Pay in Alberton Mall, we were standing in the line. Right about 17H55 it was our turn to be help by a lady by the name of Kedibone, she asked us if we saw the time that its almost 18H00 and if we can’t come tomorrow. I told her I don’t have time to come tomorrow I am working late Monday to Monday. I even told her that it was my brothers birthday she told me she can’t help us now cause the manager know she stays in Soweto and she takes two taxis to get home. Then she started talking about the Samsung phone that we wanted to buy, telling us that we are just going to waist our time that this phones are useless and we wasting our time. I asked to talk to the manager very rude she told us she don’t mind calling the manager she starting to laugh like we are nothing.
