I am currently in a processes of opening a ***** case against GSR. They took my money (R4000), they said they'd come automate my garage. Technicians came to my home, the first time they pretended to be busy and then told me that they do not have the tools to do the job and that they'd return the following day. They did not return the following day. I called them in frustration and asked why they didn't communicate. They apologised and promised to return. They did. They damaged my property, drilled my walls and then made another excuse as to why they couldn't complete the job. After that I did not see them again, they do not take my calls and they ran away with my money. Do not use GSR. They will ask for a prepayment, not do the work and then runaway. They do not even have an office address.
Horrible service. The owner, Adriana has no respect for her clients. They ask for prepayment before a service is done and then they send you on a run around when the service needs to get done. I would not recommend this company to anybody. I am still waiting for my door to be automated. They have sent 5 different technicians to my home and the work is still not done. I have been inconvenienced; they refuse to refund my money. I regret using this mickey mouse, unprofessional company.
The School and Leisure in Parkview Shopping Centre (Pretoria East) charges an arm and a leg for the Pretoria Chinese School (PSC) uniform and yet the quality of the school uniform is horrible. I complain at the store every time I go buy and unfortunately I do not have another place where I can go get the uniform. I am forced to buy there. The service provider for that PSC uniform has to do better. I do not mind paying for quality but right now, there is no value for money.
Booked a one-day conference and a room for one night. The hotel towels are dirty, the carpet in the corridors smell. The conference package was for 75 people and not enough food was catered both during arrival and midmorning tea. I am a very, very disappointed client. We have not even had lunch yet but judging from the Hotel Manager's response to insufficient food for the two tea sessions, I am not hopeful.
Patient consulted a doctor on 15 October 2024 and paid the consultation fee in cash. The claim for the consultation fee is supposed to take 14 working days to be processed but I am still waiting. The call center takes forever to pick up the phone even though while holding I am told "I am number one on the call list". Nobody ever calls back. All customer service agents have something different to say about the same matter. dealing with this medical insurance is the most frustrating exercise ever.
My cellphone was ****** on Monday, 8 January 2024. I registered a claim via email on 9 January 2024, and it has been paid out today 12 January 2024. The entire process took less than a week. The client service center is very apathetic, professional, and efficient. I am a very, very happy client. I was feeling very low to have my phone ****** on my birthday month, but Santam put a smile on my face again. Thank you Santam
My phone was ****** yesterday and I need MTN to block the sim card and provide me with a ITC Reference number in order for me to open a case and claim from my insurance. I have been on a call with mtn all day and all the agents have been sending me from pillar to post. The prepaid department says I am on a contract with mtn (of which I am not), when they transfer me to the contract department, they say indeed, I don't have a contract and they transfer me back to prepaid. This has been ongoing all day. They have a system challenge and the best they can do is tell me "sorry we can't help you". Some drop they call while I am still talking.
I ordered groceries and a pot online in 17 November 2022. I paid for delivery to take place on 18 November 2022. The pot was delivered on the scheduled date but my groceries were not. On 20 November I went to the store in Richardsbay to get urgent assistance which didn’t help. All I got was two phone calls telling that they are investigating the matter. Upon my return to Pretoria I decided to go do my own groceries at the store. I spent a significant amount of time requesting for my money back in a form of vouchers to spend at the store since Woolies failed on its “click, pay, and deliver” promise. I received the vouchers but Woolies refused to pay back all my money. Their reason was that they had to pay for delivery but this delivery never took place. Woolies. I have been inconvenienced great and robbed of my full refund.

I have a Sinotec smart TV that just stopped working. Worst part is that the Sinotec technicians have been promising to come to my house to have a look at what the fault might be but I have been waiting for two weeks for their service. Non of their contact numbers get answered and I my issue cannot even be resolved via email. I would advise people to stay away from Sinotec products altogether. I would also like some intervention in this regard
